Heart of the Forest!!! We spent years scheming up ways to try and get to that cache. We finally made our attempt and what an expedition it was! So satisfying to actually find it. Probably one of my best geocaching moments ever.
@@betterfuture09 Thank you! I do appreciate the feedback. I do all my editing through my phone, and sometimes memory space is a premium, so I have to upload in a lower resolution, which I really want to change. I'll strive to upload with clearer imagery.
You need to hit up Japan and go on a bullet train. I was on one back in 2000 but that was before caching and vlogging but I think I might have some 8mm video footage somewhere. :P I did film some from the regular subway trains when I was there last year though.
Speaking of beach-based caches in that area, any thoughts on a Sea Hag episode? Or are you worried about getting flagged for expletive language on your channel? 😂😂
I could've ran up and said HI and teamed up with you. YOU should've gone into the Funko store and made a Funko of yourself. It was fun watching this because I was saying, "Yep, found that... and that." :)
@Komikino haha! Well next time we'll team up for sure! I actually didn't know you lived in the Everett area pre-filming. With Funko HQ, I'll definitely be back!
We’ve been to Everett a few times, Funko HQ included. Did you know that their minor league baseball team plays at Funko Field? I remember finding a golf ball cache hidden in the hole of a putting green in front of a business/church close to downtown if I recall correctly.
@@home-is-where-your-tent-is No route to Saltspring (yet). Just Nanaimo for the time being. I really hope more routes will be added! Thanks for watching!
Keep at it! Once you've finished, it's very gratifying to have the full grid filled. It gets more challenging if you've already solved and found mystery caches in your area however. Best of luck!
Unknown date found year grid! Great job, it's really only recently become a challenge that's relatively accessible for a lot of geocachers; depending of course on how many puzzle caches and dense series are published in a nearby vicinity :) and how much patience you've to NOT find geocaches and save them for those 'hole' dates, lol
I have cached in the rain before but not in a mess like what you caching in here. :O Critter Cache Chew! LOL! Nice fake stump cache. Awesome shots and scenery in this video. This is the type of hike that I would've wanted to go with a friend just in case something went bad. :O
I’ve only ever passed through Bellingham but never explored. I keep hearing good things about the area. Maybe I’ll make a trip soon. Thanks for the trip ideas!
OMG! That "Multi-Purpose Harry Potter" building! When I was doing paranormal investigations a LONG time ago, that building was one of the places we investigated. Caught some interesting evidence there too! I remember that travel bug hotel at that house! Been there, found that! I got that same webcam cache on that visit to Bellingham. Cool seeing you find some of the caches we found there. Cool drone shots too!
Hearing you breathing heavy while hiking up the hill reminds me of a lot of the hills I've hiked up for caches... and recording my unintentional heavy breathing. LOL! Awesome views from up on top!
Ah, the 701 bus. I used to ride that from Maple Ridge to school on Granville island and back. This was before the evergreen train line was built. Going home late at night, I’d often fall asleep and wake up at the end of the line-40 minutes past my home stop. Thanks for sharing another adventure!
"The journey is the destination" is very apropos to train travel in North America. I'm taking the Amtrak to Bellingham next weekend, so that first experience didn't dampen my appreciation for train travel. Thanks for watching, Mike!
