This is a channel for music that either is hard to find elsewhere online, or tracks that I personally think should be exposed to the light of day.
I go to a lot of flea markets and search for records. If I can´t find them on Spotify I buy them and put them here. It can be any kind of music, but preferably music from the eighties or soundtracks. Sometimes I remember the songs from my youth but it´s really exciting not knowing exactly what it is until I come home and play it.
I do my best to recreate what listening to music should be like. I often think the back cover is as important as the front cover. That´s why I show them both in the videos.

Ain’t gonna be no dusty road in my life today No troubles in my world Love this blue-eyed girl When she touch me this way Ain’t gonna be no lonely times in my life tonight Sweet love in my hand It's all I can stand When you touch me this way Ooh, perfect situation, wild imagination Ooh, crazy fascination What a sweet sensation Yeah, when you touch me this way Ain’t gonna be no rain falling in my life today Fill my soul with sunshine Happens every time When you touch me this way Ain’t gonna be no sad songs in my life tonight We'll rock away my blues Ain't no way to lose When you touch me this way Ooh, perfect situation, wild imagination Ooh, crazy fascination What a sweet sensation, yeah When you touch me this way (When you touch me this way) Ooh, perfect situation, wild imagination Ooh, crazy fascination What a sensation, yeah When you touch me (touch me) this way, yeah
Good 🎵 song. Also try Rick Springfields' 'Hard to Hold' album from that movie of the same name, beckoning from early 1984. The 'Bop till you drop' cut was some kind of favorite.
Wow, so this is the original sound of the song! I thought mistakenly that it had been released in 1989, the year the film "The Best of The Best" had been released. This definitely sounds more 84! I am gobsmacked! I love this film and song with all my heart. Without this song, I could not complete my daily workouts. Simply inspirational ♥! Greetings from El Salvador and thanks ever so much for uploading it!
I used to have this album. I always loved it! I remember buying it at Sam Goody’s for 9 cents. It was a special at the register. I wish it was available on cd and or streaming services. Thank you so much for putting it up on RU-vid.
Phony group. Know why? No lead singer. Their entire output is all coral singing. That makes their music very samey before too long, and anonymous. Not the idea at all in rock or pop, let lone punk. In fact, that makes the Motor's the opposite of all that. It's like muzak. The lone exception that I enjoy is "You Beat The Hell Out of Me." I wonder why, since it also sounds too much like the 50s. Must be that grabber of a title, and the fact I'm a little on the kinky side. To be fair, the songs themselves are pretty good, and the playing, it's just too hard to tell or care without an individual voice to grab onto. As an experiment, I do actually appreciate that this exists, and is available on RU-vid. Just not my thing, man. ps. Playing this a second time in a row, I've come up with a new and interesting comparison. The Moody Blues. Especially "Ride My See Saw, and "Rock and Roll Band." That's what they sound like. A punk or new wave Moody Blues. Still not my thing, but what do you think?
