Thank you very much! This made the task of removing my crossbars so easy! I used plastic prybars (for auto trim) instead of a screwdriver. It took less than 10 minutes, thanks to your clear and very helpful video!
Great ! Thank you for posting this ! The only thing I would add is a shot or a picture of the plastic caps that are removed, so you see what to do, what to expect. This would show two (2) vertical plastic "pins" (approx. 2") that the screwdriver is helping you pull out. These are part of the cap itself. And one small horizontal "lip (approx. 5mm) that slides under the front rails.
Worked! Thank you for identifying the speaker wires! I stripped a bit of insulation from the black and red wires (first unplugged battery power source (the numerous cluster of wires). I used a 3-wire stereo cable which was super-fine, with a female stereo-port so i could plug in a variety of externally powered speakers. Had to burn off insulation on the stereo cable with a lighter (green and red colored insulation), and clean the oxide with a clean rag/fingernails. The uncoated stereo is ground and isn't used.) Carefully soldered the stereo wires to the half-stripped black and red. I don't think the poles matter. I did red-red and green-black. Add some electrical tape for some extra wire-support. Done! With some external speakers, I can now hear sensors alerts in my warehouse.

It is 400 lbs heavier than the RCF so it feels a lot slower (from my driving impressions). It barely cracks the 13s. Also, RCF is better suited for the track comparatively with a stiffer suspension, cooling systems, lighter weight and smaller size, shorter wheelbase. The 10 speed overheats very quickly in those Lexus events.
