from my uninformed, uneducated point of view, it sounds like he's talking about two other guys perspectives on how human nature constructs, like say production, fuck with nature itself. and humans being part of nature, it fucks with us. so the constructs that we make influence us and how we interact with them, in such a way that it either changes our nature or denies nature... i'm not sure. one guy he's talking about is more obsessed about the constructs themselves, specifically production, and the other more about the fact that said constructs don't take nature into account. but at the end of the day, i don't really know man, shit out there is a lot and complex and, worse of all, intertwined. i am still not sure if us humans can really understand what we've crated, how we tailored our reality in such a way that it tailors us. cause it's literally everything changing everything which makes everything - hence and repeat.
In the holomovement of dynamic holography, we can observe the following mereological relations: Bottom up (reductionist causation); Top Down (holistic causation) and Peer-to-Peer relations. Aho Mitakuye Oyasin
Dear Maximilian, you find the link to the full lecture in the video description right under the video player. This is the case for every video teaser we publish on youtube. Enjoy.
I'll try to find more of this discussion. I'm nowhere near smart enough to comprehend Freud/Schitzler but I am clever enough to make an attempt, and to enjoy the literature. Either way, that was an impressive 1:44. I watched it twice.
Well, well Jürgen. Your observations are rather trivial. It would be a lot more interesting to find out why langages can be so uniform. Nowadays German is spoken by millions of people. What forces lead to the acceptance of one language?
Dear Carlotta, I finally got the answer: For now the lecture is only available on our legacy website (migration to our current website version is still in process) following this url: legacy.ici-berlin.org/videos/jacques-ranciere But it is Flash-only!
Dear Anna, sorry, you are completely right. We are still in post-production, but full video will be available within days. I'll keep you posted via this thread.
Thank you Anna, same thing here. Teaser came first, then the postprod. That's unfortunate. But should be limited to these two events. We'll let you know as soon as the full videos arrive!
