Every time I listen to this song for some reason it makes me think about the ravenscraig in Motherwell, Lanarkshire. Amazing and powerful song 🙌

Even I, who struggle with enjoying live versions in general compared to studio recordings (especially if I learnt to love the music from the studio recordings), find this version to be much more than just acceptable. All the good parts are highlighted and extended to give the audience more of what we want. It is a real treat to listen to this version when you know the original full well.

Day after day, year after year, I come back to this, such an incredible song, living in Dunfermline, and being brought up with BC, this resolutes so much with me, love it, I was fortunate enough to see Stuart and the boys live many times, just an absolute privilege. Stay Alive.

The lyrics of the songs from the band (even in absence of the music) were remarkable. Stuart was also a titan of a poet.

if I was stuck on an island with only 1 album...it would be this record...Live without the aid of a safety net...pure brilliance

got to see BC twice....once in the UK at the Cambridge corn exchange with Stu...the alarm opened up....ironically the 2nd time was with Mike Peter's as singer...my favorite ever live performance....besides seeing Bowie my favorite live band
