Also, what are some good things, in and out of academia, you've learned about lehigh as a student that you didn't know prior to being a student? @@justinanwasor7211 hi Justina, I had visited Lehigh before applying and loved the campus! With more research I learned more about their successful business and engineering programs and thought it was a great fit as I wanted to pursue a business major. To be totally honest, Lehigh was one of two affordable college options for me. I had the right expectations about college in general (level of difficulty, types of coursework/professors, etc.) but I did not know or have much experience in the real world (interviews, obtaining internships/jobs, networking) which I believe Lehigh preps you for as long as you take advantage of those opportunities.

I'm a huge cottage cheese fan, but some brands are just nasty (the Walm*rt brand is the best I can find). Give it a try with sunflower seeds, shredded cheddar, and lots of salt&pep! 🙂
Yooo I thought you only were going to eat cottage cheese and I thought girl you crazy. This made so much more sense and I might try one of the recipies. Cottage cheese is so versatile.
hahha, yess it truly is! i think the mac & cheese one was the best one for being the easiest and most delicious especially if you don’t love cottage cheese!
