No matter how much money RAW spent in Baluchistan it won't be successful , first of all Baluchistan has other ethnicities outnumbering balochs and within balochs majority of them favor Pakistan. only 70 lakhs balochs live in Baluchistan, 3 crore lives in Punjab and another 3 crore in Sindh and they never have any major problems within Pakistan.
