Is Krishna only limited to Indians or Hinduism? If that is your perception regarding the Supreme Personality of Godhead, then you should reconsider the Divine Nature of Bhagwan Shri Krishna. He is Universal, and there are devotees worldwide chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra all thanks to Shrila Prabhupada, and they are getting purified by just chanting the name of the Lord.

When we travelled, nothing was required for traveling from Japan (keep your photos and some Thai Bhat for visa fees/ taxi etc.) but I think health insurance was required in case of traveling from India. Rules keeps on changing frequently due to COVID so please check with travel agent or embassy for latest rules
