Men in general have larger feet than women. When you take 3 steps back (measured by foot size), men will be further from the wall. If everyone stood the exact same distance from the wall(in general where the women are standing) then both men and women would be able to stand straight up.

When women joined the workforce it essentially doubled the available labor which halved the pay by supply and demand. Now both mom and dad have to work to support a family at the same standard of living that used to be achieved with one income.
Well I like the last point about its useless working hard all your life without adequate compensation but women have the extra rib to protect their wombs the day a man has a living baby delivered from their body I will perhaps acknowledge them as equal to women until then maybe they are inferior can't create life.

I don't know why there are people who have this misguided notion that humans rights are like zero-sum physics equations (where one element of the equation [typically potential energy, kinetic energy, etc.]--in this case, a demographic--receiving more means the other elements of the equation losing an equal amount)

Someone should have asked Irene how long the man who held the job she is getting was in that position. Unless she can point out she has years more of forklift experience or she is exceptionally talent on the forklift, she should not be making the same as the man she is replacing.
