Oh common Gary got smoked most occasions unless he fought Nobody bums or really old hasbeens, full respect for his career but he was mostly a tomatoe can who won against nobodies or washed up fighters
Gary is an animal. Remi fought an excellent fight, and is an excellent fighter but it must get frustrating when Gary just keeps moving forward no matter what. Nice work to both, thank you!
It is only by God's Design that Gary , Was Born with strong shoulder's nd a Tank Head .. No man should be taking kicks to the head nd living to talk about it.
GARY GOODRIDGE WAS A STREET BRAWLER NOT A REAL PRO FIGHTER. HE WAS ESSENTIALLY A BUM WHO MADE IT TO A HIGH LEVEL BUT COULDNT COMPETE AT THAT LEVEL ONCE HE GOT THERE BECAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE THE SKILLS
)fought well against no bodies but got smoked against all ranked fighter s,punching bag basically, the guy he did the original Crucifix on early in his career was an absolute Nobody, just saying
@@alspeers6931he had solid wins and was a good gatekeeper in a stacked pride fc hw divison no shame in that at all. Win lose or draw he put on fun fights and in k-1 fought so many all time greats yes he lost to them but that wasn’t his sport he was always their to fight n was a fun watch I don’t get the need to be disrespectful to a warrior who did nothing but entertain
The difference between a real skill set and brute strength is quite evident here. Gary was always the bully type. He had no style and relied on his aggression and strength which he showed could work at times. He had no problem smashing his opponents if he got the upper hand. Similar to Big Bob Sapp he pissed out cardio wise once his onslaught had failed. I don’t feel sorry for any of these fighters whose ego pushed them to become fighters as they typically show no mercy themselves. Particularly Goodrich whose arrogance was always apparent. They know the consequences of fighting but their egos override common sense. Had they put their efforts into some other direction they would have been successful and maintained their mental capacity, oh well. The fact that I love watching this shit may show I’m messed up to a point. Oh well!
Gary was just too tough for his own good (in this fight and many others). Lesser men would get Ko'd way sooner, and the fight would be over. I can't think of another fighter in any combat sport who has taken more shots to the head. He was a big guy too, so he was fighting monsters who could hit HARD. CTE is no joke, and he is living proof. If he had stopped fighting around 2006/2007, he might have been okay. He was nothing more than a heavy bag with a famous name for the last 3-4 years of his career. It's really hard to watch his old fights these days, unless I know he's going to win.
THIS GUY USED HIS HEAD TO HIT HIS APPOINTS FIST, BUT HIS FITNESS IS REAL GOOD IT HELPS WITH THE PAIN, BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE GOOD DEFACE SKILLS AND SPEED COMES POWER AND AWESOME MOVEMENT YOU'VE MASTERED A STYLE LIKE A BOXER, KICK BOXER, UFC. THIS GUY LOST A TEETH AND HAD HIS HIS MOUTH BROKEN AND NOSE AND BRAIN DAMAGE
