I marched for 30 kilometres in the mountains of Lebanon at fast pace in strappy sandals . Between the monasterys of Saint Charbel . My feet were purple afterwards and I couldn't walk for two weeks . I've done it twice . Gruelling but deeply spiritualy . When we ignore the incessant moans of the body the spirit soars . This march looks extrodinary . Mecca looks frightening in comparison and pilgrims pay so much although Saudi is super rich . The love and generosity of the Iraqi folk is astounding . Peace
