I like your natural voice better and I don't find it difficult to understand. The robo-voice kind of makes you suspicious that the info is not good (although I'm sure it is and you just used that because of your accent). Regardless, thank you so much for sharing this info. It's the wrong time now, but I'm going to try to propagate my croton in the spring. :) Yours look so bushy!
@@davidmathibe9220 If the fruit in store has come from cold storage, then they can germinate without stratification. Also if you pick the pits from garden after winter, then they may also sprout without cold treatment. Good luck and enjoy fruits in 2,3 years.
Love Magnolias! I have a large side yard that gets full sun, want to plant a Magnolia there where it will have plenty of room! My question is it will be fairly close to our security light will it grow successfully?
I start lots of cuttings. Got a good size misting system. Have magnolias from my yard I’ve tried to start with 0 luck. Used really good alcohol based rooting hormone. I usually have no problem with any plants. Any idea what I’m doing wrong
@@quicksilver3975 Take new softwood cuttings of this year's growth. Thin cuttings root better, but they also rot if excessive moisture. Try several cuttings do a few may root. Try again and again. I tried 4 times, now I can root magnolia cuttings all the times.
@@GardenTricks I only do softwood cuttings. I use Dip n grow rooting hormone. I have multiple greenhouses on timers with different zones. Everything else always does great. Not the magnolias though🤷♂️
Funny thing I had so much of pain and this vid actually worked. You won’t know if you don’t try 😮and for those who find the video too fast just adjust the speed it in the settings ⭐️
Excellent video and have you tried 'air layering' on a branch of your tree? . Its very successful and you can do a much larger branch than just the cuttings
@@GardenTricks I have grown several Crab apple trees by this method and just thought if anyone has a special tree it could be useful for them. Have a great day and thanks for you video (the world needs more trees)
Thank you for the simple yet very informative video, I was gifted a branch of plumeria and did not know how to root it...I love these plants and didn't want it to die..

Awesome, just about to take some fig cuttings. I found with a lot of other fruit trees it was exactly like you said “ very simple “ people put these RU-vid videos out and it’s uneducated information. Thanks new subscriber
Wow, excellent advice. My tree is in the ground but the leaves get yellow and dry whether I water or not. Especially if I water they get more yellow. Kindly advise. God bless
@@roshnireddy2521 The leaves becoming yellow means excess water. By the way, leaves also become yellow when the plant is water stressed. Remove the weeds, open up the soil and mix cow manure in soil. Water only when top 2 inch soil gets dry. Hope it will help.
