9 min FOB's with snipers are impossible for me to infiltrate. The best I usually can hope for is kidnapping some s++ staff and raiding some materials. Beyond that I've never come close to reaching the core on any high level FOB's with snipers and 9min timers.

I’ve even gotten a Stun Grenade by holding up the guard on the top left of all the stairs in the Engine Room on Extreme before in Sons of Liberty.
