How do you target people in BGS? Kind of curious since I don't see a cursor

Hey I love resto druids and admire your gameplay. Im just wondering how you actually use your healing skills, I didnt see your mouse moving over frames or anything. I use Grid2 and Clique. I have just started healing in dungeons, loving the experience as a druid. Can you tell me what method you use to heal? Thank you!

Watching a Druid play 50 yards away clicking his frames being at the elite or “glad” level is so disappointing. Entire UI just showing the same data in 5 different spots. Good lord
