ZZ Top & Lynyrd Skynyrd New Hampshire Rocked it Lynyrd invites ZZ to jam together so many great guitarists lined up for old school rock Two grand pianos w Skynyrd, background singers were so smooth The drummer is amazing They honored original members with sweet videos, encouraged voting while a flag was wrapped around lead singer’s Mike Boosting about believing in our country while celebrating first responders and Doctors and Nurses So respectful in his words This long haired tattooed man with a voice celebrated young and old in the audience Impressive presence of unity The insides of a Man, his heart far exceeds what he wears or looks likes This was a great concert ZZ had a guitarist from Jamica who played like he was the original member There coats were so radical, they sparked like no other I’ve seen They changed for encore, mentioning there second shinny never seen blazer of the most sparkling ever They are serious about every girl being crazy about a sharp dressed man lol Motor Head opened with awesome stage presence They all have so many guitar changes it’s insane If the tour is near you It’s a great show 💌
Most of the main original members have passed away with the exception of Henry Paul but they still sound good even with newer members in the band with Henry. 🎶🎤🎹🎹🎹🥁🎶
Nice one! I had the good fortune to visit Rock Fantasy and meet Steve last year after traveling from Syracuse to Port Chester for a DSO show. Awesome destination!
A concert i wanted to go to was ! One summer i was staying with my parents at my cousins house in Troy NY . There was a big rock concert at the Albany Saratoga Speedway in Malta ny on July 22nd 1978 Blue Oyster Cult headlined with Alvin Lee , Derringer , Nantucket, British Lions & UFO . my parents rfused my idea of dropping me off and picking me up !
i was on a vacation in Niagra Falls in the 80s on the Canadian side . We were hanging at a record shop and found out that Dio was playing in Toronto at the baseball stadium where the Bluejays play . little did we know that it was the canadian national exhibition and an air show all going on at once . We had a miserable time finding a place to park and thought that someone would break into our car and steal our luggage . so we left and sold our tickets . We heard the soundcheck at least . the killer thing was we could not find a motel anywhere in Niagara and ended up driving al the way to a friends in Syracuse ny . crazy story
Ralphus had 2 of mine. I was at that Death show and totally stoked to see pestilence only to be disappointed and till this day I have never seen them. But the show also had Carcass, and Suffocation on the bill so still an awesome night. The other was the napalm death show. Word was going around that Godflesh’s drum machine was broken or something. I think they played most of the street cleaner album between bands. I do not recall who else played that show. Probably suffocation. They were like the first band on all the death metal shows in Long Island at that time 😀 I still have never seen godflesh
Judas Priest first show in San Antonio. Girlfriend gets super drunk. Right before JP goes on security escorts us out. Waited 6 months to see them. Got to hear them from outside at least.
This is really awesome seeing the Altamount Fair Circus Museum it is really interesting especially with the animatronics on display thanks for the tour Steve.🎢🎡🎪🎡🎢
I do not have the love affair with born again that everybody else seems to have. I think it’s good and I like it but I never loved it and the sound quality is pure garbage. I bought demos from people on the 80’s that sounded better. That really hurt my enjoyment of it as well. I love bark at the moon and holy diver
