I didn't remarry in part bc of financial issues. Here in SC, our divorce laws separate assets you brought into the marriage from assets acquired while married. Hope it's that way for you. I absolutely adore that Fossil bag! I love the way it lays flat against your body bc of the strap placement. And it's RED! Budget restraints may keep me from buying it, but I hope it gets a loving home.

Back when you said you were going to sell your house i so wanted to tell you my best but didnt want to give you bad vibes. She met a guy they got married she sold her home moved in with him, spent the money from the sell to fix his home up and he turned around and divorced her and she ended up with nothing not even a place to stay. I truly hope everything works out n your favor.
@Bella-yb6gg Don't worry Bella, I left too make sure that didn't happen. I had to take my heart out of the decision. It wasn't my decision, he asked me to leave. But I knew I had to take the opportunity and either recreate a relationship where I was financially safe but still able to love my husband. My husband is not open to that type of unconventional situation. Which I understand. It's just very sad because I do love him. I just love myself and my family more.

@marmeone And boy do I feel it. I had no idea how much I needed all your support. I'm in a tiny town, I know absolutely no one. I was OK with that. I make strong memories in my relationships, because I want places and dates to have incredible meaning. I go out of my way to create special places and moments that can be revisited. However, this can be devastating when relationship ends. So my decision to move here was based on not wanting to constantly traumatize myself with those memories. But when 8/9 pm comes along it's the worst so lonely. You folks have given me a soft place to fall when I'm at my lowest during these evenings. THANK YOU ALL

I know right. I am stunned by the direction this is going. I've done everything he asked and more. It does feel very aggressive. But on the other hand I can see his point. Even although I have not said anything defamatory I can understand on some level. I will be sharing MY story. I feel there is a whole cohort of mature women who have assests and need to know what the reality of marrying are.
