I created Google sheets gradebook for the fall semester. Now. I want sheets for the spring semester.. should I have tabbed over to create my fall, and just use the tabs at the bottom or create completely new sheets for spring?

This is so helpful! I've been working way to hard, lol. Is there form that allows students to pick a specific time for a one-on-one meeting? Example, if I need to meet students individually for 15-minutes during a specific 3-hour block. It would be great if I could send them a document that would allow them to choose their time slot but not be able to delete another person's time (as could happen is a regular shared Google Doc with editing allowed). Thank you.
What do you mean? Do you mean short answers instead of multiple choice? If yes, you can start with the multiple choice and then manually add short answer questions.
I'm not sure I understand the question, but a QR Code can be linked to any web address. If you want to create a QR code that links to for example a PayPal, Venmo, or donate page, that can be done 👍🏽
Don't know what I did wrong. I have a jpeg of my textbook so I can add in my notes without ruining the book. Save it in the drive opened in good docs. Got the image, but there is no text at the bottom. What did I miss?
It may not be a clear scan or it may have images or illustration. It needs to be a clean scan so Google can OCR it in order to convert it to text. Be sure you are not violating any copyright with this. You can also try using OneNote to bring documents on to your computer and then write on them or mark them up
my stupid teacher doesn't realize that not everyone has the money to buy a 300 dollar anual subscription office 360 pack and that we use free alternatives bcz I don't have the fing money to waste on stupid things. This is a lifesaver, truly, thanks
G-Suite does everything that O365 does, but if you need a standalone software that is locally installed on your computer and it's free, I would highly recommend #LibraOffice. It's the open source alternative to Microsoft Office.
Our teacher asked me to make a grade book to compile all our grades so this was definitely useful. I can only put 40 of my classmates though and when I add more rows, the data won't compute in the other two sheets and class average ☹.
A couple of ways. 1 at a time or you can open up a word document and post your image files on one 📄 in a linear format and then save it. You can then convert it to a PDF and use OCR to perform optical character reading. Save the PDF and then you can export it as a word document.
