Don't get any moisture on it or it won't work. I purchased this a couple days ago. Went and checked pics in the rain and I didn't think it got wet but, it worked 1 day and now won't read anything.
I have the two seater and like it a lot but the down side is hunting public land in Iowa you can’t leave the blind overnight so you can’t do a good brush in job and the deer will notice it.
@@peggoty75 lol yeah I put a seat pad in the middle and sit in the middle. I like being out of the weather but deer have been spooked by it since I have to pack in pack out.
@@peggoty75 yeah I’ve dealt with that too. I probably need to brush it in better and that would help but I hate making noise doing it lol. Since I have to pack it out it kinda makes it more difficult.
juast looked up the wasp z force and its not even close to the G5 deadmeat and its really fugly and cheap looking as well. compared to the deadmeat so ya no one copied but there are similarities but not the same
I remember when my uncle opened up a new fishfinder, he turned it on and it said there was a large fish a few feet below us, and several other fish all around, unfortunately we were all sitting at a picnic table in the garden, about a mile from the river, ha ha,
I tried the schwacker 252 and could not get them to shoot good what so ever. Also tried muzzy hb ti which whistles and fly all over so I switch to these and I am surprised of how they shoot. Very accurate, very sharp, fly true, and you can't beat the lifetime warranty break one get a whole new replacement. Probably won't switch broad heads for a long time.
$15 on Amazon! Wow! (though I paid 17). Such a deal!. Nearly as nice as Coast XPH30R except doesn't focus and no magnet. Energizer carries a flash light with a magnet, but no headband and not rechargable. C'mon Energizer, add focus and magnet! The Coast is whiter light, and a bit brighter than the Energizer but you can buy 3+ of these vs. 1 Coast! Wow! The spare set of non-rechargable CR123's retail at ~$12 all by themselves. Not sure why you'd ever need the CR123's except in Emergency, not place to charge. Need to find a small tube to store them store in glove box. Supposed to have shelf life is 10 years. Overall incredible deal on Amazon. I'm thinking I'll order another. Debating whether to even keep the Coast. I do like the magnet and focus, but is it worth $35 more just for those features? Will I ever find myself, saying "Oh if I'd only kept the Coast, so I can focus and use magnet"? Turbo is about the same. I'd really like to compare battery life on both. Maybe I can jury rig a magnet to the Energizer? I have some super strong magnets from Harbor freight. Hmmmm.....
That might work in a pine thicket place but I know from experience it will not last in any windy type country. I put a pop up on a platform I made 10 feet up. The blind was secured with extra cords etc like I thought we’re gonna hold. This was in a tree line that was in heavy mesquite covered country. By the 4th week it was being torn up. I paid like $200 for the blind. The material is really garbage. I sure hope you have better luck. That Velcro on yours probably won’t stay. GOOD LUCK!👍👍👍
@@timbow50 thanks for the feedback. I’ve thought of that but we don’t get crazy wind where we are unless it’s a storm it does have some tiedowns on the sides of the blinds i may utilize them
@peggoty75 I said I'd never spend that kind of money on a crossbow, but I've got a couple of bruisers that have been skirting me for the last 2 seasons. I've found their route and am pretty sure they'd disappear again once gun season opens. I'm thinking early is the best bet, and that's bow season so I upgraded just for them. Venison is the most expensive free meat there is 😂
What a meat cutter for sure. Can’t imagine the hole it leaves. I’ve never ever used any mechanical head in all my many years. I consider every arrow and broad head as a 100% expendable item. My mindset on any arrow setup is “ I don’t care if it gets lost or destroyed “ while I’m taking game. I think too many worry about recovering an arrow but will go out and shoot $2-300 of ammo at the range. 👍👍
Used my Night Buddy a hand full of times. Told all my Buddys they need one. Unfortunately my Night Buddy has stopped working after two years on my tool box. The green light won't turn off and none of the functions work. I contacted Night Buddy but they say its a one year warranty and it dosen't matter that my night buddy was used only a couple of times. No way I'm buying another Night Buddy.
For surf fishing like I do I have medium heavy and heavy action . That’s too light I cast 3-4 ounce like nothing and I can pull anything out of the water with my tsunamis
The idea is to get your money people! Things like this and the FACT that any mechanical can even possibly fail is why in over 50+ years of killing animals with an arrow I have 100% used a fixed blade broad head. Why even take the chance? All the $, all the time, all the effort that it takes to just be out in the woods and you want to GAMBLE on a toy? Good Luck!
Thanks for sharing. I have a few Moultrie cameras, and I haven’t needed to contact customer service so far. Good to know that they take care of you if needed
I agree with what you are saying. But last year I double lunged and nice buck and I knew I did but it was a very level shot through the body. He only went about 100 yards but I only had small drops of blood on the ground. I let him go for 2 1/2 hours. He was dead within a minute or two but I was by myself and didn’t want to take the chance of jumping him
@@BarryGarber-g4p yes!! Even the best shots dont always produce the best bloodtrails. Glad you found the deer. I would’ve given the time for the deer to pass as well.
Sorriest headlamp I've ever tried-battery doesn't last long, main strip light quit working, and band keeps loosening-waste of money for me or I got a dud
First off thank you for taking the time out to share information on different broadheads. I actually have a Wicked ridge crossbow, and didn't know they had a Broadhead. So, thanks again. I have been shooting the DK 4. Before that, it was all fixed blades out of my crossbow. I will definitely have to give these a test run this year. I'm new to the mechanical blades.
@@adublbeatz8656 I love the DK 4 it’s a very effective, but since I have the channel, I like to test them see what else is out there you’re always gonna try to find something better you know
I will see how my experience goes with these guys. I ordered some pants I actually liked from them 30 minutes ago and accidentally bought the membership along with the pants.
I just grabbed the tsunami airwave elite 11' and a saltx 4000 reel for $200 from some guy on Craig’s List. Think I got a good deal? What caught my attention was how light the rod is, the heavier ones knock me out
@@lrakwons9799 thats a steal the reel alone is $300 in great condition. Its a great combo. Hopefully the 11’ gives you the backbone you need i have zero doubts on the reel
@@aeestep77 yes i think thats very doable there a loop on the side i put a small tripod chair through and sometimes i bungee a summit tree seat for walks in
1. they redesigned it to be easier to replace the pin and more functional and 2. you cannot crank down the set screw or you get the results you are showing.
@@peggoty75fogot to ad i gave away 4 cameras this year and the flex had a issue eatin 30 bucks lithium batteries in a week. They had me set it against the wall for 24 hrs. Now its working😳🤪
Rod looks great! But like you said the handle does look a little thin. Similar to the St Croix Seage 9’, awesome rod but felt so thin, almost nothing to grab onto
@@peggoty75 I have the Mojo Surf 8 and 10’. Also have the Seage 8 & 10’6” I want a 9’ the the Seage handle I feel is too thin. Hence looking at other brands for 9’
I just found my cat in a face off with a deer… neighbor put out a piece of watermelon and my cat got between it and it’s snack 😂 I didn’t see the deer until it started screaming at us. It was charging us too. Not sure if it would have done anything really. Thanks for this video, I was curious as to why it was making that particular noise.
