Welcome to my new venture into boxing content! Here I am looking to give my takes on upcoming fights. You can also catch my prior Fight Night Champion content on this channel.
I feel like Joshua's September foe will be chosen between Dubois and Zhang. I think, I'd pick AJ to beat Dubois. Even though, I believe that wins over Miller and especially Hrgovic gave DD a great mental boost, I'm still not sold on his chances against the cream crop of the division. AJ won't repeat Hrgovic mistakes.
Two questions to you after fights: - do you think Hrgovic cuts were caused by punches? - what are your thoughts on Ball-Ford decision? Thank you and keep up the good work! Contrats on starting a new project on your channel! 👊👊
Thank you very much Edward. I personally do believe Hrgovic's cut was caused by punches. As for the Ball Ford decision, I felt it was very subjective. I favoured the workrate of Ball which meant i gave him most of the early rounds, and then I had ford taking many rounds late. I scored it even at 114-114, but I felt if anyone nicked it, it was Nick Ball (no pun intended). But that said, the decision could have gone either way.
@@NangTalksBoxing Thanks, my man. I felt like the draw would've been the rightful verdict. I didn't score it round-by-round, but I plan to. Speaking of Dubois-Hrgovic - to me, the ref wasn't clear enough about the causing of cuts. I remember him pausing the action and warning Dubois for the use of head in the 6th or 7th round. That was right when the second cut occured. So, my understanding was that at least one of the two cuts was deemed from the headbutt and that the fight could be sent to the cards. I still haven't seen what were the scores at the time of stoppage. But my guess is, Hrgovic was ahead. He would've had a chance to win a technical decision. Otherwise, if the fight would've continued, Dubois would've stopped him, IMO.
Man, I really enjoyed this card. BTW, remember those times circa 2013, when it looked like Hearn is pushing Warren out of the sport? Some of Warren's fighters were jumping ships and joining Hearn. Some 10 years later, Warren is scoring a clean sweep over Hearn in a 5v5 battle 😊
The casual-hardcore fan take on Fury vs Joshua and Usyk is pretty odd. Both types of fans would love that fight, including me, both fights are very intriguing.
@@NangTalksBoxing yeah, those can be a bit frustrating, just like Haney-Kambosos rematch wasn’t needed, and the result wasn’t going to change. This undisputed fight was close, though, so rematch is warranted. Maybe not directly after the match ends it’s automatically rescheduled for 5 months later. We’ll see what happens though, Fury-Usyk rematch probably next.
Well, Usyk has got to rematch Fury in October, so we’ll see how that plays out. If Usyk wins rematch, I’m not sure where he goes. He’s already beaten Joshua twice. He probably retires if he doesn’t want to fight someone like Filip Hrgovic
Hi all, these videos are something i am looking at improving as i go, i just wanted to get the first one out and see how it went. I understand some of the analysis may be rushed and missed, but this will improve as we go forth
My understanding is that your character is at the back end of his career, based on stats? I just remember that you usually have those negative trainings when your character is on the slide.
Bro, I dropped the message thru live chat recently. Not sure whether you saw it. Is everything good? Haven't heard from you for a while. Anyways, I'm gonna watch the vid later. I used to play FN3 a lot back in school days 😊 Is it a campaign fight or an online fight?
Hey Edward, good to hear from you. I had took a break from most of my platforms due to some mental health issues, but getting back into the content now hopefully. Video coming out very soon on the undisputed fight, looking to improve my content as i go. hope all is well on your end
@@NangTalksBoxing Hey, bro. Glad to hear from you! Man, I'm sorry to hear that. I've been there before. Take your time and accept any help that you need. It's good that you're coming back to your previous activities. I'll check your vid on Fury vs Usyk. As far as me - well, the war continues over here. But we continue to live! Still finding time for good things, still watching boxing 🙂
@@NangTalksBoxing Yes, now I see. Man, FNR3 had those varied scorecards 🙂. What's your take on scores of this fight?) I believe you were making an attempt to win the belt at a higher weight-class. Which you did. But not without a one suspicious scorecard)
When I knocked out Roy Jones Jr with one punch I was shocked because I didn't know Roy Jones Jr got knocked out with the one single punch I was shocked😨😨
