Having trouble setting this p.o.s to turn on by itself, the instructions are awful. Can you do a tutorial on how to set all functions or are you just as lost as i am?
Brandon, where did you purchase that lower screen assembly and how much was it. Mine is still working but the screen is fogged up because of interior heat.
Thanks for great detail! Just got ours yesterday. Already did 5 loads (our old washer & dryer broke few days ago so need to catch up). The LQ ThinQ does have an odor. Do you know how long that lasts? Also I thought the washer had a blue light when we first turned it on, but now it’s not on. Do you know how to turn it on? I fixed the dryer light & turned it on but can’t figure out washer. Hi, glad you enjoyed the review. I’m not sure about the odor you have but you can pick up some tide washing machine cleaner from Walmart, or just simply use a cap full of bleach. Also make sure you’re leaving the door cracked in between cycles. The higher end of this model does have a light in the washer but the middle and lower end models do not so unfortunately I can’t inform you on that. . From what I’ve seen before, that light can be replaced.
Used the cordless deluxe one paid over $100 and got to use it one time. Anyone know of something I’m doing wrong? I’ve had it over a year never opened when received it due to fact I was moving
Informative review. I thought you could control it once you turned on the remote start If the dryer doesn't go all the way off, right? I like this set, but I hate that the washer doesn't have a drum Light. The glass door is too dark not to have a drum Light.
My disconnects got worse over time till it dropped completely. Spectrum blamed my wifi the whole time saying nothing was wrong with their infrastructure. A tech finally came out and replaced the service line from the pole to the house. That fixed the disconnect problem but, the slowdowns continued. Two more times techs came out and changed coax connectors and splitters to regulate signal strength. Then they increased my bandwidth from 300Mbs to 500Mb. That made my 5Ghz channel increase to 200Mhz on a good day. My 2.4Mhz channel is still slow at <30Mbs despite buying a new modem and triband router. Eithernet is not much better. My neighbors had the same problem and switched to fiber optic. That cured ALL the problems. Moral to this story: DON'T BELIEVE THE CABLE COMPANY-THEY LIE!
Hey I have a question I'm having the same problem but mines in starting up then cuts off and then it just keep resetting its self but I don't have the navigation where did u find it
GOOD LORD this should of been a 3 minute video.The dcu wasn't working, got on forum, guy from forum was close by, I took him the car, he asked did it get wet? change it out!! Nobody gives a shyt about NOTHING else..

Bought this set and received it 4 days ago, the off gassing/burn in smell is godly awful! It literally had burned my throat from being in the laundry room too long. I have never in all my years bought a washer dryer that had an off gassing. It started literally the second it was delivered. I have ran cycle after cycle (probably 15-20) with soap, bleach, vinegar, baking soda and it still smells. The inside smells some but it must be the motor, etc, burning off newness. If I could get my old set back I would! Something better change soon otherwise I will return them. Anyone else here experienced that with this exact model?
Hello, I have my 2015 Q50S and almost everything works, I can receive calls and connect my cell phone to bluetooth, but when I play the music on my cell phone, the seconds of the music are passing but I have no audio. Does anyone have the same problem?
No nothing I’ll take it to the dealer and they said I have to replace the stereo it was $ 5,000 they don’t give me a good answer bc they don’t sure what happened.
Thanks for the detailed review. Considering getting this pair today and curious to hear how they've held up for you. also, for the splitter hose that sends water to washer and dryer (steam), did the dryer come with that accessory or is that a separate purchase?
They’re holding up pretty good so far. Every 3-6 months I do a tub clean with vinegar and I clean out the dryer vent with a can of compressed air. As for the splitter hose, I don’t believe it comes with the hoses but it does come with the splitter. This specific model does come with the steam feature.
Nice video and very well explained; thank you. Do you know how to disable the spotlight on the wireless home essential spotlight cameras? I actually bought them for the interior of my home and the spotlight is annoying. 😅
1: Select the camera and go to the setting s for that camera (looks something like a gear) 2. Scroll down to “video settings” and tap on that. 3. Scroll down to “low light settings” 4. There should be 2 options. One for spotlight, the other for night vision. 5. Turn off the the spot light there
