@musik210 also I’ll add that in the Vitamix blenders the food gets chopped into a very fine mixture and therefore you don’t get pulp or chunks. Not sure what blender you’re using but I have loved my Vitamix for this reason. 👍

Interesting. I guess most foods would destroy teeth in that case. I suppose you could drink some water or brush your teeth right after you eat it if that a major concern.

In these Inflationary Times. HERE IS AN EASY WAY TO DO IT MY FRIENDs Use any hard Bar Soap, Tallow or Glycerin based Soaps out there? To fit in any Mugs or Cups? Like" (Mitchells' Wool Fat or Arko Sticks. Just to name a few of them?) You can mix and match your old Soaps? Cut up the soap on a paper plate, pour your soap chunks with the shavings from the Paper Plate into a Mug, cover the soap with a small amount of water, and microwave your soap. For about a minute or so? Place a paper plate under your mug in case it bubbles out of your cup? If it foams up, STOP. The water keeps it from burning itself up. (DON'T OVER WATER YOUR SOAP??) Easy, does it? Let cool don't want to Crack the Mugs or Cups you're using? (You just want it to Congeal in your Mug or Cup') it is very hot and watery'''''. let it cool in PLACE'. after it cools, put it in a Sunny Window, until the Soap hardens? It kinda burns when you go to no 2 afterwards. Which is strange. I have taken cayanne pepper before and it didnt happen but when mixed with lemon juice and olive oil it does. I went and bought the best extra virgin olive oil i could find dont use cheap stuff as it could be fake. I also used fresh organic lemon juice and organic cayanne pepper. I saw in another video that this mixture every morning on an empty stomach for two weeks can get rid of fatty liver which i have. Ill try to take it for longer. This would probably get rid of some parasites as well.
My last checkup the doctor stated I was healthy and moving in the right direction with my overall health. This drink and more purposeful exercise are a great combination. 👍

But if you don’t use real lemons you lose a lot of benefits because the lemon in those bottles are heated before they are sold. Don’t be lazy but buy some real lemons organic!!

Yeah it’s not for the faint of heart 🔥🔥. Just try out a small dash of cayenne for what your taste buds can handle. As I got used to it I added a little more. 👍
@@HangingwJK I'll try anything that might help. I'm 300 lbs 55 5ft 9. Obese. I cut soda walk mile and half Mon wed Fri . Can't eat much cause I have multiple broken teeth. In pain daily from it. Bad knees . Yet people think I eat constantly. Well Im unemployed lost my home . I'm in motels I can't afford much longer . Be in street soon. They say stress releases cortisol so maybe that's why I'm fat. My Dad had huge belly too before he passed .
If kimchi is so good for you and fights cancer, than why does South Korea have worlds highest rates of stomach cancer? They eat the most amount of kimchi.
That’s a great question to ask. You can buy the cameras with lights as an add on or create your own custom package at their website. I don’t think the camera you’re asking about comes in a standard box. 👍
