It's sad that you don't explain the functionality of the gravity sprayer gun. What is the head size that you're using? What is the percentage of cocoa butter being used compare to the weight of chocolate? At what step we start coloring the chocolate? At what temperature level do we start spraying the cake for velvet effects? And so on.
