I purchased and installed the Hansshow physical button console a couple days ago. I plugged in the USB charger and charged the unit (rechargeable battery) over 8 hours. The red light on the console still stayed red? When I unplugged the USB, the unit does not work and has no power? There is no on/off switch. Is my unit defective because the only way the unit has power is having the USB cord attached which should not be the case. The unit has the built in rechargeable battery.
I just purchased and had this installed yesterday. Only thing is I purchased the Celsius unit. Not the Fahrenheit one. Is there a way to update my unit to Fahrenheit through a OTA update ?
I will call this Number. Hansshow customer service did email me a video and instructions on how to convert to Fahrenheit however it was in Chinese? I need it in English.

@@devinliang when I get in the car the time has not been saved and it asks me to set the time. I set the time and it stays accurate until I turn the car off and get back and then it asks me to set the time again. Any idea how I can fix it?
