My name is Milly and with the help of this channel, I aim to be a sort of agony aunt or big sister in the way of mental health. I also like to film some lifestyle videos, because sometimes that type of content can just cheer us up for 10 minutes!
Dealing with mental health issues can feel very dark and lonesome at times. Sometimes it can feel like you're the only one in the world who is dealing with these issues and you don't know who to turn to or how to seek help.
I certainly felt this way when growing up and although I am not a trained professional, I am here to share my experiences and help in anyway I can!
I also have learnt that laughter is the best medicine in some cases, so I don't take myself to seriously on here and hopefully you can laugh along with me (or at me)! And together we can kick depression's sweet ass!
