I looked closely at this. They move with your cell phone movement. So I will take a guess that these are the overhead lights reflecting off the window and back into your cell phone. Or.... Nice hotel, must be newer? I always stayed at the Hilton and once at the Crown (dangerous area). But Radisson looks the nicest. I used to also stay up in Shagaramus. and down in Frisco area and they have ok hotels. Be safe, Trinidad is a rough city.

There is a reddish colored 4 or so story building that is right by the dock. That is the public library and when there 3 years ago, they allow you to use the wifi. The Klondike Doughboy in Skagway has delicious huge scone desserts. Just my 2cents worth!
