I’d suggest making Mornaise (Béchamel with cheese) in a separate saucepan and mix it with all other ingredients at the last step, so you can ensure that the sauce is mixed properly. Also it could be nice idea to chop rosemary very fine or remove from the pan after sautéing mushrooms, so no one will have to chew on a bigger sprig of this powerful herb 😊 And please please please do not use metal utensils on a nonstick - it is not safe for you, just stick to silicone or a wood ones.
