So, I'm assuming you have spicetify installed, right? Go into the marketplace, click extensions, then search "beautiful lyrics", install, then click the new lyrics button that has sparkles next to the microphone. To get the view this video was taken in, you need to click the two arrows at the far right of the bar at the bottom, next to the volume control. If you have a different theme the button might be in a different place and the fullscreen view might look slightly different. Sorry about the wall of text, and hopefully this helps.
