I bought myself a DJI mini pro 3 (drone) and am absolutely loving seeing the country from a birds eye view as well as ground level and sometimes even below the ground too 😉

Hi can you tell me what size battery you have.... do you just run your fridge from it or do you run the odd fan.. light.. ever had one of those heated blankets? How long realistically will it run if its not charged from driving or solar When i hit the road will be in a ute with a basic set up so interested to know cheers :-)
Hey, I have a 100mah battery and only run my fridge and a phone charger from it. It last about 1.5 days without any charge but try put the solar out as much as possible but I just have the solar blanket type and don't find it that great. Especially after 2years of use. I will be upgrading to a bigger panel/roof panel one day and would probably recommend a bigger battery if you are wanted to plug in more than a fridge. Nah i have never used one of those blankets so I'm not sure how much they would pull.
Woohoo! I'm finally on the road full time now. Still finishing the ute but it's nearly the way I want it. Might catch you on the road one day. Currently at Coochin Creek, catching the odd mud crab.
I used to almost live at Blackdown in the 80s. Back then, you could drive right down to the twin waterholes and camp on the high bank. It was an awesome place!

We did this trip nearly 2 yrs ago. Wasnt the 26km walk a good walk. My legs were sore next day. We didnt get to to the bluff lookout. I wished we did. And we didnt see a platypus. We then went to Blackdown National park. A great place too.

After watching most of your videos which are great btw what an epic adventure 👍🏻 we’re planning to drive from Perth to uluru……I’ve brought the dji mini 3 pro drone after I saw one of your videos where you just sent it up for some epic Ariel shots so thanks for that 🙌🏻 how do you feel about camping in remote areas on your own….I know you have your dog but do ya feel safe ? As we’re from the uk it’ll be new to us in the middle of nowhere in the pitch black of night and in total silence with a few unfamiliar noises 😂 Thanks and safe travels 🙌🏻
Oh this is so awesome to hear! you'll love the drone for sure! as for camping remote I absolutely love it, it can be very eerie and lonely being in the middle of no where by yourself at times but the night sky is just incredible and very surreal so be sure to live in the present and really take it in because the beauty is just something different! would recommend to everyone. Do be careful of wild animals, keep rubbish hidden away and be aware of surroundings but me being up high in my tent nothing could get to me and hurt me :) I just kept an eye out for pigs, dingos, snakes etc but they really are more scared of you and if they don't feel threatened they will just run/slither away from you.
