The core of the wheel completely sheered off from the exterior wheel and I cannot remove the core of the wheel from the metal bar. The screw set screw is completely removed but it still won’t come off. Any advice?
What settings are you using for this drill. I can’t seem to get it to throw it in the court. Thanks! I love my Ernie but it would be great to know settings for different shots like the dink. Thanks!
How do I get an update on my order? What is going on with the company? Are you out of business? The telephone has been removed from your website and your customer service is reading emails because I track them and I'm not getting any answer. Has this turned into a scam?
Hi Brandon. I am liking your videos. I just received my Erne and trying to figure the best drills and want to start simple. However, I would be interested in a drill that I can use with my doubles partner. We are interested in practicing the Shake and Bake. Is that something that you can show how Erne can be used to help us? Thanks.
How about showing how to make the remote on/off work. The one that came with the machine didn’t work and the second one you sent me doesn’t work either.
Section on linking is not very good. Button is hard to see so a bit more about locating it would be helpful. Also, you neglected to mention key step of turning in the machine first! Music and graphics were nice tho…
This looks very much like tennis played with a paddle and picklebals. Trying to think when was the last time I saw someone playing all the time from the baseline....
Could you please clarify how many different balls can be added to the sequence in the "Program" mode? In your example, you added four balls. Can one create a sequence form 10, 20, or all 28 ball position, or a sequence in which the same position repeats multiple times?
Are you using the same delivery spot constantly or is Ernie changing them. Would like to see vertical drill that loops hitting in three different vertical spots.
Seems like it would be an unnecessary video….but it isnt. We really appreciated the organized step-by-step as this is not just an expensive purchase for our family but something completely out of our wheelhouse. We want to be very careful and methodical with learning about our new ERNE. So thank you… helpful video for us to carefully get us going.
Is Erne behind the baseline in the Fixed Point Ground Stroke? Are the settings in pdf form somewhere? I had trouble reading some of the H Angle and Speeds because they are blurry. Thanks for the info!
