You should make a video about the addon arms race that forced blizz to make encounters so overcomplicated and difficult. Notice that about the time weakauras came out subs were at an all time high, meaning they went down ever since... A high end players UI is more complex than an f-22 pilots HUD. Addons are great for sweaty try hard leets, but horrible for the business model, player retention and getting new subs. edit: I myself years ago spent many an entire night working on weakauras and quite enjoyed the challenge, but spending 5 hours working on a third party addon to play a game "better" cannot be healthy for the game as a whole, as a community.
Wow needs to implement some harsh training scenarios etc that you NEED to complete before you can queue. Something that teaches you interrupting, dispelling, cc to interrupt, dps etc. 14 does it well cause it requires you to clear increasingly harder raid fights to continue the story (yeah you have shitters that barely know what's going on but I would say average 14 endgame enjoyer is a better player than in wow)
My main is a Holy Paladin, and I can say with all my heart, I f*** hate to heal through damage, besides removing your focus from the group, you should pay attention to rotation since it needs the skills to generate holy power, I need a talent to get ONE Stack per Holy light or Flash of Light..
It's really a draw of the straw sometimes I get some kind mature people that actually know what they're doing and other times I get people that barely talk and can't even do the first boss.
How long do you want to sit on your ass reading page after page after page explaining exactly how to do everything in the game? Cause you're saying you want more and more stuff that explains it, and I'm just like BUDDY, if you have all that time to read all that stuff, with all the charts and everything, maybe you could I DON'T KNOW just learn what the dungeon mobs do instead and then you just... know how to deal with them. Cause that never changes between dungeons... and you find some sweet chaps you enjoy hanging out with and then you can stop the pug nonsense if you're so upset about playing with people *who are bad and haven't learned how to play yet*, which is what makes healing so difficult in lower keys. Or you can just get into some keys where the DPS have to be competent and have fun I guess... <.< It sounds like you complain about the system but it's actually the players you play with you hate.
And you just learn the affixes by doing a single low key, and when it happens you go like "huh, what happens now?" and then you just know... like holy moly. Also it says ingame.
Delves saved me from the misery of M+ and raid. I wasn't having fun and I was ready to leave the game. I may gear more slowly but I can ALSO play characters where the rotations are too complex for me to do in m+ or raid. If they drop the level of loot in delves, I would quit before I ever did M+ again.
i dont know if its just in the options menu but how do you get the fishing pool to be highlighted? i can never see see my pools and seeing them highlighted would help
At very very least. Mythic zero dungeon finder. I've said to many for several expacs that mythic zero should be a skill wall to keys. Must complete before the access. It at least guarantees that you've at least experienced the fights, even if you havent learned them. There should also be a penalty to leave a key before completion
Add a vote leave, and a debuff if you leave before timer is up or vote has passed that increases in stacks exponentially that drains any key you joins timer by the stack number in seconds. Debuff resets with the weekly reset. This would make mid key leavers extinct overnight.

I would love to do M+ since as a dedicated mount hunter there are some pretty sweet mounts gated behind it. Unfortunately I don't feel like there's any way I could just jump in now and have a remote chance to ladder up (I'm a fury warrior... I have many many alts, but that's the class I know best). So, Delves have been amazing for me. Sad to me that they had to create that mode for people who can't or won't deal with their other (what I'm sure is a great) mode.

Honestly as a BM Hunter I don't even try to pug because it's depressing and people are shitheads, I am ilvl 608 & I'm still looked at like a schlub. I just run w/my guild here & there and am very slowly leveling my rating and HEAVILY rely on very geared, very knowledgeable friends who have run mythics for years to help me grow. As someone who has played WoW for nearly 20 years as a casual player who NOW wants the challenge of M+ & raids, I have to say the learning curve is STEEEEEEEEP because as you said, so much information ISN'T IN GAME, so if you don't know your way around wowhead & google or have great friends, you're basically left high & dry, told to "get good" and have zero idea how the hell to do that.
I’m not doing any mythic raids or anything is there anything else I can do with all those filets? I enjoy fishing but I’m trying to figure out if beyond filets like what else can come from fishing?
I dont play with any addons because im autistic and alot of the sdd9ns just blare loud sounds and flash stuff on my screen so ive always played with out them i just watch videos for each dungeon learn the fights and then go in im currently 2330 rateing on disc priest you do not need addons for mythic plus
Man I don't use addons that tell me what to do either (just Plater so I can make the nameplates less horrible and ElvUI to make my UI look nice and smooth), but personally I've always considered them for being *for* autistic people or maybe little children to help them out in case they get confused... like the mobs in the game already scream their attacks at you, with big red arrows and flashing circles too, and mobs casting dangerous spells usually have more dangerous-looking spell effects going around them, right? XD It's like just learn what they do already and win win win win... :D

Man if you don't like it just don't play it dude. <.< god this hate for everything you suck at is crazy. "WoW should be about raiding" hard disagree. It should have been about adventuring, but they killed that off a while back to make a playground. And m+ is the only challenging bit in it, so just leave off and do something else if you don't like it. Raids can be fun for a couple of times unless I find myself with people that say shit like you are saying... You DO realize that if you're not doing m+ then gear is completely useless and you don't actually need that power to do any other content in the ENTIRE game, including Heroic Raids (but excluding Mythic raids)? And the gearing is just a progress bar that you just naturally get the more you play.
@@Drasnier yeah, I play M+ because I have to to be able to play mythic raids, the content I actually want to do. Rerunning 5man content all the time like some baboon gets so boring so fast, and if you don't have a team to do it with, it's actually so miserable you really are better off just not playing the game, which is what tons of people unfortunately chose, because pugging M+ is such an insanely huge waste of time and a dogshit experience. It's just not good game design.

So sux for you, but man idgaf what you think if you're actually doing Mythic raids, you should be so good that you just STOMP these keys and already have 4 guys to smash them with you for the EZ vault gear. Should have taken you no time at all. Pretending like you're doing mythic raids but you have to pug m+ for gear, such bullshit.
As a mom of 5 kids delves are are amazing, I usually only play once my kids go to bed but even if I have to be pulled away from my pc it’s no big deal. Plus I don’t really like people besides my kids and husband so it’s a win win 😂
14:06 (this segment) I am not wealthy but I have everything i need. I have a roof over my head/cloths on my back/food on my table/reliable means of transportation/I am married to the love of my life been with him for 30 years and married 24 of them. World of Warcraft is really my only splurge item. I do not by name brand anything I shop at the good will and that is how you can get name brand for cheap and a lot of those still have tags on them. The only thing new i buy are socks/shoes and under garments. With food we get like the managers specials and store brands . Husband does all the shopping. Like i said i really do have all i need and i do not try and keep up with the Jones.
