we all know damn well this ait s1e1 of doctor who. Dont think the new doctor will stay around for long. Have little faith in the world for him to get a fair shot as the doctor.
the first time part of the fanbase proclaimed that Dr Who had been 'killed'... was December 1963. They said that setting a story in the future and having aliens in robotic warmachines meant that Doctor Who had abandoned it's historical format, and that the show was dead. A little bit over six decades later, some loud but usually miniscule fragment of the fanbase STILL proclaims the show dead pretty much any time there's a new episode. It get so boring.
Something someone said last night I can't get out of my head. They said it's very Wandavision, what if we are trapped in a Television show & that is "The Legend Of Ruby Sunday" the penultimate episode???🤔 Think about the illustration for the episode titles. TLORS was surrounded by TV camera's & equipment!! 🤯🤯🤯🤔🤔🤔
That is the irl name of the actress it's sounding very meta. We just don't know what she is called in the show but we know she's a different character everytime unless they keep her irl name?? 🤔
@@fleason771 Oops, I meant to say that was the name of the actress not the character! But wouldn't it be a twist if she was playing *that* Susan, displaced throughout history like the guy in The City of Death? 😂She won't be, I'm sure, but it would be quite a twist! ;)
My first time catching your podcast, and I absolutely LOVE you! The episode was amazing; your reactions were so enjoyable. You’ve got a new subscriber!
Aw your missed out the Xmas trailer! But the door is open for a return for Donna & The 14th Doctor! (I got to watch episode almost live as Blackpool prom was so windy I finished work early)
Bigenerational from what I can make out from BTS and dialogue... This is not two doctors, this is still one Doctor. 14 will eventually regenerate completely in to 15 at the point we see him do it here. 15 comes from WAYYYY in to the future in a way, after 14 has lived a normal life. 14 is effectively living a normal-ish life as a means to rehabilitate himself and for once in his existence, rest. When he has done that (maybe a million years like he said to Donna in ep2) he will be ready to go and the time line goes back to the regeneration in to 15. It's a bit like a meta Crysis but rather than two timelords at the same time, it's one split over two timelines
Well Tennant did say he'd stay in the Tardis til he was old and gray when he first left if he didn't leave then... Think its time we amend that quote, Cause I will watch the HELL out of the Doctor and Donna so, tuned in, HAPPENING. And I am AMAZED AND IN AWE of how Ncuti Gawa has made me love him in minutes. Absolutely wonderful, 10 out of 10... or 15 out of 14 really :) <3 <3 Fannnnntastic! Merry Christmas :)
Laughing while terrified, yes! lol Great reactions, was fun to watch. I didn't get to watch it with anyone else so was nice to see other fans enjoying it for what it is ;D very fun.
He didn't pick up the wrong Donna deliberately, he genuinely couldn't tell the difference. You can see on the TARDIS console that it scanned her arm and pointed out the difference in length to the doctor, so he returned and got the right Donna.
after what seams like a lifetime our favourite dark and red haired duo are back on screen, love them both, but enough about Trindie, the DoctorDonna was back too!!
Tom was my Doctor. Very first episode I ever saw of Doctor Who was a tall curly man investigating an egg spaceship, had no idea what I had stumbled onto because I was channel surfing. At the end he entered a blue box and it vanished. We haven't stopped running since.
