Ive heard an analogy or fable about crabs in a bucket. They jostle about but eventually calm dow with each other. The problem arises when one of the elevates and seeks to escape. Then the others pull it back in. It does them no eartly good, but at least nobody else got out.
Homegirl is the all time leading scorer in NCAA history, men or women, black or white, gay or straight. She is already a legend and one of history's greatest players. It's her performance that's driving her popularity. Her performance is driving the upswing in ticket and merch sales, as well as massive attention coming to the league. That's where the money's coming from and she does deserve it.
She deserves to get that money because she has done more for the wnba before she got there than all the women that have been there for years. She is filling seats whereas the other women didnt after all these years.
I found the script overly predictable and the story kinda cliche. However the performances and Michael B. Jordan’s directing made up for it. I loved the style he brought to the fight scenes. It was a very strong directorial debut. Great review
Loved this movie!! Anything zombie! You're right. The best part of the zombie movie is the outbreak. They should make a zombie movie called "Outbreak" where they tell separate stories of a few survivors making it through the outbreak, then finding each other. Making part 2 of the movie called the "After math" lol
