@@Gearhead_14 Nice! Based on the form factor alone I equated it to a sawyer mini. The packaging in this box didn’t really give any details. Can you share those here? How many gallons is the filter rated for? What is the pass through rate (i.e. 0.1 microns or +/-)?
@BeardedBargainEDC we are a German company that makes none woven materials. We only use high pressure water. Gloves have to be used from start to finish an theres no chemicals that are used on the materials what so ever. I've been thinking bout getin one of theses boxes an seen you video pop up an started watchin then had to rewind cause I thought I heard you say p&g an thought we make filter material for a company called p&g.
I picked up one of those a while back, as I really liked its appearance. It seems pretty decent. At the moment though, I've put up my beloved Wave and I've been EDCing a Gordon from Harbor Frieght. So far, no real issues, other than the knives being too stiff to deploy one handed.
Thanks for the video. FYI those okey-dokey as Icall them solar panels I see in the picture are by far the very, very worst solar panels on the planet, especially compared to the other six styles that I have. Out of 220 watts I am lucky if I can get 100. 👎🏼
Yeah… I wasn’t too impressed with them. Was sent this set to test out and they work, but nowhere near the advertised output. Good for charging a cell phone or battery bank though.
I love Olight flashlights, I just wish they used a standard USB-C charging port. I hate having to look for the custom charging cable every time I need to charge it. Anytime I travel I always need to carry the custom cable with me, with the risk of losing it and being unable to charge my flashlight until I can replace the cable.
They released a titanium USB C to Magnetic charging adapter a few years back that lives in my laptop bag. It’s called the Oport. Excellent for charging without having to pack multiple cables. There’s still a few available over on battery junction for <$20.
Im getting Olight videos because a guy at work sold me a Seeker 4 Pro for $40 in like new condition. Family friend. Its the first Olight ive ever owned.
The Seeker line is great especially for indoor use, around the home or to carry in a vehicle. I prefer something with a tighter hotspot for my daily EDC and usually carry a Warrior 3 or the classic M2R Pro.
This is my personal collection. I have another 50 or so colors and models that have not been added to the display yet. And a knife collection that rivals the lights.
I admit that Leathrrman arc is a good multitool but is exaggeratedly overpriced at 300 dollars...im happy with my leatherman wave and surge to be honest..😊
That is quite the pricey mysterybox, but worth it it appears! wasn't too sure about Bestech initially, but I recently picked up the Cetus and holy shit I am in love. The feel in the hand, the blade shape, just everything - perfection. Love your channel!
I was very skeptical about my first Bestech but once I got my hands on it, the build quality was quite nice especially for the price point. I’d love to see them step up to more premium steels while keeping the price low.
They're worth it if you're selling them. If you're buying them, they're junk. Why would anyone pay money to get stuff they haven't chosen for themselves? When they send you all that crap you never wanted, the resale value has dropped to nothing at all. You'd have to be a sucker to fall for that nonsense.
Very True. The rule 2 is 1 and 1 is none after subscribing to Battlbox for several years has become 10 is 9 and 9 is 14. I have backups for my backups but typically turn to the same reliable gear. I keep what I like and offload the rest via gifts to friends/family members or selling 3rd party to supplement the cost of my next box.
Some boxes have much more value than others. Being able to pick your box each month is great for me. If there’s nothing I want, I just skip that month or buy a ready-made themed box for a friend/family member for birthdays, holidays etc.
I was pretty glad to get this box! So far, those poison ivy wipes seem to work - i went into the bush where i know it is, wiped down immediately after coming out, and no itchies. Dunno if i was saved or if it worked 😂
You call it “wasted money”. I call it a “collection”. People collect trading cards, comic books, toys, jewelry, records and more. The only thing that gives any of those items value is supply and demand for the product. Believe it or not, many of the limited edition flashlights I own have high enough demand to cover a mortgage payment were I ever to sell them.
I started looking at Swiss tech multitools and as I was looking through I kept upgrading and somewhere in the process I lost the pocket clip and didn’t realise. Now I have a surge clone, great, but no pocket clip which I really wanted. Grrrrrrr. Looking into a way of adding one in.
If you have the Knipex Cobra XS, you can fit it in the Leatherman's gray holster in the front pocket (handles up) and the bit kit in the back pocket ;-)

Good video man, I 100% agree with you in the sense that, if my son buys me a gas station $10 knife, that's my favorite blade, it beats my $360 para 3 all day everyday, keep it up man, small channels like yours and mine need consistency and we'll get there, can't wait for you to blow up bro!
