@@codystempka7407 no if you have never ridden before no, If you have a little bit of experience on a bike then yes definitely a bike you can grow into, I haven’t been riding long at all and I enjoy the ride of it. I put a flywheel weight on it and it’s definitely tamed it down a bit and made it more easier to ride
Ill add as ive ridden for the better part of 20 years, A 250 2 stroke will hurt you if you dont know what youre doing, but if you take the time and learn the bike you will be fine. Search videos about riding techniques and practice. Never ride alone if are inexperienced. Find a nice open field and practice in 1-2-3 gear only til you get the hang of how the 2 stroke power comes. is this a good beginner no as it has more power than most 450 4 strokes but you can learn into it. I would suggest going to the shop and sitting on and if possible test riding to find what you are comfortable on.
A good back to start on for single track stuff is a 2020 beta 250 rr tame compared to the yz but can be tuned for same power output as you go has e start and bit lower seat height if start there and work your way up
@@foamslayer battle cross x31 110/100-18 mid-hard non directional.i like mid hard as they seem too last longer save $$$$.mid soft would be real good id imagine, not sure if its good or not but it seems to do the trick for me.
@@brettdotcom3107 Thought so, that first section looks entirely different now. Had planned on going myself as I've just had my engine rebuilt but caught covid a few days before it, so bit gutted I couldn't go because the conditions looked mint.
