I just picked up the Sixteen 12 Hangar set with the Cargo Eagle, as well as the Laboratory eagle in the same set. Found it on a trip to Germany. I have a few others as well. Bought them over the years. In my opinion the Sixteen 12 Eagles are the best die-cast Eagles to date. I still await my pre-ordered "Swift". It just says *"Coming soon"* and *Awaiting stock"* on their site. Still I have noticed some scalpers online already selling it for a much higher price. Hmmm.

@@paulhyde7643 You'll love these sets. Especially the Fireball XL5 set which comes with a fantastic scrap book with some nice little collectables in that typical 60s retro style.

Nice show and tell video Paul. As you know, I have the UFO. It is fantastic! Some great models from Sixteen 12 aren’t they? I like The Kaldorian Ship. (Needs a Simmonds model in a little plastic box though!! 🤣🤣) My only small criticism is....... shorten the blank screen at the end!!!!!! 👍😃

@@paulhyde7643 hello again Paul.glad to hear you have some viny6in your collection, I have several century 21 mini albums(Including allthe captain scarlet ones) some of them are quite expensive to buy though .I have all the stingray and fireball xl5 ones too but I'm missing 6 of the Thunderbird ones
@@paulhyde7643 I see a lot of people leaving them in the boxes but I really think it's all about how you want to display it. All down to the individual
Cool collection Paul. Got to get my hands on one of those SPV sets, used to have one myself but gave it to the son of a friend. Would recommend checking out the imai captain scarlet models from the 60s. The vehicle ones are overly expensive but I bought the lot (six sets) of the figures for very little on eBay and after putting them together (very easily) they look great on my shelf.
I don't know if you can if you can all I can say is that seeing that thunderbirds was made in New Zealand you should be able to get hold off it but it depends if they made it so you can but it hope this helps you.
got the original Matchbox die cast of the Thunderbirds and the Corgi models as well. The Die castings are similar but the Matchbox models are better quality in build especially TB2 as the legs are more stable than the Corgi version. Thou must say final finish in the painting, Corgi put a bit more thought into it than Matchbox.
