@CYJSL I made an AE pop-up animation recently, & ended up needing my dad to work out some maths - I was trying to find the degree to which the pop-ups ought to be from the page (base on the pop-up forming a 170 degree V shape when fully open) as a function of the degree to which book was open, if that sounds anything like what you were grappling with, perhaps I can find the excel data for you...? It beats key framing by eye with a bit of masking tape on the screen! (my original method)
I just came back from TUDM today, You are right, it isn't that good compare to the outside, the Hangar and Control Tower was blocking most of the view.
zlloke6: Just drive all the way to subang airport, you can see the show along the runway. The event will be held in the TUDM Base. Benwng: Good for you, we spotters and aviation fever guy can only spot from the outside =)
is there any chance i could take a look at your project file? do you know of any tutorial i can use? basically my problem is keeping the pop-up picture as one piece... thanks
No I did not use any expression. I aligned the pivot point very carefully and link the hierarchy properly. What you see there is not something straight forward, it involves keying the position multiple times and also smoothing the curve to make it seems perfect.
