Yup I just found my driver side filled with water . Tried to look where is the leak from and I could not notice anything bad . But seen this video now I gotta check this out . Thanks . I was so worried
Thank you ever so much for this! Been searching for the same leak for weeks now. Pulled my carpets up, poured some water on the above seals and found the culprit. Look forward to a dry footwell now!!
I would suggest, to spray some wd40 on parts that are difficult to remove, as for the plastic rivet for the locker, the easy way to remove it is to remove the central pin first with a knife, then the rivet outer part comes out easy. However my car is a 451 but had no locker screw inside.
As a locksmith I do this kind of a thing for a living and use tutorial videos when I get into a jam. This is a great guide! Thanks for making this awesome video!
The bolts were loose on the bottom hinge of mine. This video helped a lot and I was able to tighten the bottom hinge. The hinge bolts are t45. I never took the door handle off. mine has 2 cables because of power locks? and I just left it hanging. The mirror was electric so I unplugged the wire. Some of those bolts are T25. Great helpful video, thanks davemunk
@@hugod4167 Yes, very easy to do. Just pull the old one off and push the new one on. You can only get Mazda genuine seals- I bought mine through MX5 Parts in Southampton. Cost around £100 ish.
Sir. Thank you. You made that very calm. Relaxed. And clear. I will try and replicate this but I used your exact directions to get access to the door hinge bolts which became loose. Bravo. I salute and humbly thank you
Great video! But in cold places doesn’t work! Have to warm the plastic before do anything... with the first try it just shattered in undred pieces!!! 😂😂😂
Can any one tell me how to remove the inner door handle on the passenger side please ? Mine is loose at the top near the electric window switch so im looking to fix it back on, but cant see any clips or screw holes. Im assuming the fastening must be under the main part of the triangular shaped part of the handle. Any help in how and which way to lever this off would be appreciated thanks or do i need to remove door skin to access the interior door handle
This video was extremely helpful thanks. Good that you edited it so it does not have all the drivel so many videos have you got straight to the point and good text guides. One thing. I was working out side and the temp was very low. The door panel would not go back on so I took it in doors to warm up which worked I believe it had contracted in the cold.
Great video! I didn't think it would be so complicated to replace the bloody speakers. At least now I know which tools I'm going to need and perhaps even what I'm doing ;).
