have tried to follow the procedure but my canon g3411 catridge has not moved and the flash button together with start button are the ones blinking for the 2 hours now. kindly assist on how to cancel it and begin it fresh to reset ink problems.

Would this solve my problem of the other colors not printing properly? The black color is the only one printing out correctly, on mine. (I have checked and the color compartments are all full.)
@@TheAlbertosTV Thank you for getting back to me. I tried it, and all the colors are now printing perfectly, exactly as they should! I'm going to stick a huge note onto the top of my printer about this, for future reference. MANY thanks🌹.
@@muhamedp7939 thanks for your suggestion, but doing what was suggested in this video sorted out my problem, and all my colors are now printing perfectly correctly. However, I agree with you about checking ink levels! The ink compartments can deceptively look as if they are nearly full, while actually being nearly empty!
