There is one hotel that is very close to the airport but a little pricey and a taxi is the best way to get there. I usually stay downtown (30-40) taxi as it is close to dining/shopping/culture. If you just have a layover and nothing else planned the hotel near the airport is best choice in my opinion.
You have a good view of the engine but it is behind you quite some distance. I was in 1A, not sure how much, if any the seat obstructs your 1J window. In 1A it didn't obstruct view. If I arrive to LAX Terminal B from Korean airline then I have to go thru the US Custom then get the checked bag out and re-check the bag in. Can I still walk from terminal B to Terminal 5 for Sprit airline? Do you know if there is a drop bag at the US custom for Sprit Airline?
You'll have to recheck your bags, but you can re-enter terminal 4 and then use the walkway or walk to terminal five after you exit Terminal B. Either way you'll have to do TSA again unfortunately.
@oddsandwindsocks5905 - Emirates premium economy is in my opinion the industry leader. Other airlines that I've flown in premium economy really wasn't worth the cost. Emirates premium economy is more than just a seat closer to the front of the airplane, it really is more luxurious than economy!!
5.36 seconds STOP...this is the craziest escalator ive seen..everytime ppl falling. Always stand on the sides holding on tight or take the steps for safety.
@Mike39576 There isn't much parking at JSX location. Area looks sort of industrial and I don't think personally I would want to leave my vehicle there very long. At the main terminals of LAX there is lots of parking, I'd take a taxi (or Uber/Lyft) from there. Thanx for watching my video.

I know how to navigate the airport here in the US but I'm anxious about Amaan (I only have an hour in the Alia airport till my next flight). Thanks for replying! @bmoney1720 I headed straight to security (I already had my boarding passes electronically). After security, up the escalator and back to the gate. From deplaning, going through security and back to the gate was about 15 minutes.

@bmoney1720 - I didn't "enter" Jordan so no passport control required. They simply looked to ensure I had a valid passport for entry to my next destination. Then it was back to the gates.
@shinemathew9331 - There are specific requirements based on your passport nationality. My experience as a US passport holder has been, If you are simply transferring from one flight to the next I have not needed a transit visa. I proceed through transit processing and directly back to the gate. I do not go through the immigration process.
I would most definitely recommend this lounge. I don't know if they have a time limit. I stopped by once while traveling economy and I think it was 70?? euro. I usually travel business class and I've never been asked to leave for overstaying a time limit. Thank you for watching my video, I hope i was helpful.
I think if you are transferring you can use the lounge (have to pay), but if your destination is Sharjah you will proceed through passport control and you cannot return to the lounge until your departure flight. Thank you for watching.
What would you like to know?They are Jordan's national airline. Currently only have 27 aircraft, most are pretty new. Range from B787 down to A310. They fly internationally, but all connections are via Queen Alia Intl Airport in Amman Jordan.Their hub airport in Amman Jordan needs updated but it meets your needs.I've seen reviews that call them a 3 star airline. I disagree, they are better than 3 stars, but certainly not on par with say, Emirates or Qatar. I typically fly business class with RJ and I will tell you, at least for me, the flight crews are 5 Star. They treat me very well. I hope this is helpful and thank you for watching my video.
Yes JSX is commercial, but JSX operates under Part 135 Commuter and On Demand Operator, which is less restrictive that Part 121 that the Major Airlines have to operate under. Technical difference I know. Thank you for watching my video.
Ive flown on JSX a ton of times and where as they may be a little better than flying regular commercial. Theres nothing private about flying on a plan with 20+ strangers lol
They did have a separate relaxation area. I did not visit/video it. They did have some very comfortable chairs in the lounge area, but no beach-like recliners. In the gate area they did have beach-like chairs, but they were full. They did look very comfy!

@nujkashyap4720 - I normally get in on my business class ticket, but the one time I did pay it was 75 Euro. If you have a long layover it's worth it. If you only have a short time period, I'm not sure I'd spend the money, but the lounge is very nice and I like the food selection. Thank you for watching my videos.
Looking at taking this flight next year, if I book business class do i get access to the first lounge or business lounge in Doha? I heard some flights to other middle eastern countries are classed as first class?
@michaelgell6880 - it depends on your "booking class" on your purchased ticket. If you purchase a business class ticket (and are either Gold or Platinum) you generally will have access to the Al Safwa First Class Lounge. If you purchase an economy ticket, and upgrade with miles or just pay for an upgrade, you generally are only allowed access based on the original fare base. I have also been denied Al Safwa First Class lounge access based on a paid upgrade and when I approached the check in desk at the First Class lounge I was told that if I have purchased a "full fare" economy and upgraded with points I'm allowed into the first class lounge. Hello! Just wondering how much time would it take for me to walk from terminal 4 to international gates( terminal B). Will be flying American from Atlanta and layover at LAX for 3 hours and LAX-Manila via Philippine Airlines. Just anxious of our connecting flight.
@elsakissell5066 - 3 hours is plenty of time, even if you have to claim your bags and check in with Philippine Airlines. It's a quick 10-15 min walk from T4 to Terminal B if you do have to check it with Philippine Airlines. If you bags are being transferred to Philippine Airlines from American Airlines it's even easier and you can use the connector as shown in this video and avoid having to go through TSA again. I don't know if American & Philippine airlines have a baggage agreement. Do you have separate tickets? One from American AIrlines and a separate ticket from Philippine Airlines? or is it all one ticket for both flights?
@FlyingCaveman1 Just one ticket just different planes. Booked it through 3rd party booking site but I received an email from American Airlines confirming our trip to Manila.

@Christof44 - I walked out of TBIT on ground level and directly into T3 on my last trip. I'm reading news articles now that ALL terminals are connected and you can transit without doing TSA again. If entering USA from foreign you will have to clear immigrations (not sure where that would be if entering at T3).
@@FlyingCaveman1 I have flight in 8 days from Amsterdam to LAX then next fly to Honolulu.. Its my first flight to US and im confused and scared how to move on airport.. I fly with only hand luggage so after immigration i can go to customs then connector to next terminal?
@Christof44 - LAX international arrival should be a breeze with no checked bags. You'll process immigrations, bypass baggage claim since you only have hand luggage (customs should be a breeze, you'll be ahead of everyone else who has checked bags) and then to connection. I do think you'll have to clear TSA again with an international arrival, but I might be wrong now that all terminals are connected. I'd appreciate if you'll let me know the situation after you travel if you have time. My next trip in December is actually Dubai to LAX but I am going to private jet terminal for my connection. I'll be back in Atlanta in December, probably doing the opposite route as I'll be arriving from Amsterdam and going to Tampa 🙂 Luckily, I have Global Entry (including TSA Pre-Check), so going through immigration and TSA to get back airside should be a breeze 🙂 (I think it took me about 10 minutes back in June).
@ganymedes62 - That's great, but exactly opposite of my usual route. I always seem to be departing from Atlanta on an international route. Let me know how the Global Entry works. I've had great luck entering the USA using it at other airports. Thanks for watching my videos.
@@FlyingCaveman1 Atlanta has the new Global Entry kiosks, so you just walk up to one of them, it scans your face and once recognized, you just walk to the booth with the CBP officer, give him your last name and you'll be on your way 🙂 Back in June I didn't even have to take out my Dutch passport 🙂
@ganymedes62 - similar experience in both Salt Lake City and LAX. Facial recognition and motioned straight through without even checking/stamping my passport. Which I like since I run out of pages quickly with as much as I travel. :)
