Labial bow ek active component hai but Labial low usually hum retainer mein use krte hai.... And function of retainer is to retain the teeth in that particular position post-op and kuch amount of force hi us pr apply krni hai... But after acrylisation wo sara component active ho jayega like tightly adhered to the teeth because Polymerization shrinkage bhi hoti hai acrylic ki And agr hmne phele e usse active kr dia and furthermore acrylisation usse or active kr degi to required amount se zada force apply hogi teeth pr... Or jo ek bow ka function hai to retain the teeth upto certain amount of force,wo to end ho jayega because wo ab instead of retaining, wo ab teeth movement shuru kr dega Hope you get it
Tags are given on mesial side for particular reason... If we give tags on distal side, we have to put acrylic on more distal side of palate to cover wire components, which might lead to gagging in patients and moreover uncomfortable for patients to wear appliance..... Also aesthetically more pleasing @sumaiyalimbada2
Thank u bt I would like to ask one question i.e........if we have to give that perpendicular bend in the end( to make it perpendicular to the palatal surface), then why we were adapting the active arm, the 1st and 2nd helix, during initial stages of Z spring marking ?
Thank you for your comment and we are adapting 1st and 2nd bend in initial stage for easy adaptation and suitable force can be provided to tooth to move in respective direction and 2nd thing is at initial stage of practice, plane might get disturbed by students ( it's very common mistake) so i think it is Easiest way to learn at initial stage, rest in ortho there are many ways in which person can do wire bending
