I remember that same exact question! It actually makes me think of a quote from one of the Tremors movies from time to time: "Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. And he knows he's gotta run faster than the fastest lion, otherwise he gets killed. Every morning, a lion wakes up. And he knows he's gotta outrun the slowest gazelle, otherwise he's gonna starve to death. So, it doesn't matter if you are a lion or you're a gazelle, in Africa, when the sun rises, you better be running". I know it's longer than the one you said, but I like to think it has the same message.
Both the Black Arms and the GUN Commander (the kid at the start of this episode calling Shadow a freak) were introduced in the Shadow the Hedgehog (2005) game. There was indeed a comic storyline called "Shadow Fall" which featured the Black Arms, but that was as a follow-up to the storylines set up in Shadow 05. The Archie Sonic comics is also where the GUN Commander got his name, Abraham Towers. But that was never used in the games continuity. So Maria calling him "Abe" in this animation is essentially making that name canon to the game continuity.
Alright, thanks for clearing that up. I knew about Shadow sharing their DNA, and about the comic, but that's all I really knew about the Black Arms until now.
I love that they were all played by the original actors except for gambit originally played by Taylor Kitsch now played by Channing Tatum and Azazel originally played by Jason Flemyng now played by Eduardo Gago Muñoz and Johnny if you count the 1994 movie played by Jay Underwood (which isnt actually bad and doom actually looked just like the comics versions you can watch it on youtube) 😂
Sorry, it’s hard watching this reaction video because you talk a bit too much! I mean, if you’re gonna do that, then you can at least pause the video. Because some of the punch lines you can’t even hear.
If I didn't talk, it wouldn't be all that much of a reaction video then. I hear what you're saying, but it's often best to watch the original video yourself first, then watch reactions so you know when something funny happens.
Remember in S1 when VI was in jail, she broke the big guy's jaw, yes that's the same guy (silco's goon) and she just knocked him out again lol. She also fought him on the bridge inside of silco's lair to protect Vander and the kids.
4:39 crocodiles are NOT dinosaurs. not at all. they are archosaurs, the same family of reptiles dinosaurs came from, but NOT dinosaurs themselves! the only TRUE living dinosaurs today are BIRDS! birds are directly descended from theropod dinosaurs and so basically are dinosaurs in a similar way to how bats are mammals
Technically spino is not "biggest" at least in terms of what is usualy considered bigger in paleontology. But it is probably tallest if we include the sail and DEFINATLY longest. Beyond that, can we all agree the elder god zombie dinosaur is probably one of the FREAKIEST dinosaur-like creatures in modern fiction.that thing is just pure eldritch horror.
For a time, though, it was considered to be the largest carnivorous dinosaur, and it still kind of is when I look it up every now and then. But yeah, that thing was definitely something else. It reminded me of the Ultimasaurus, a cancelled hybrid dinosaur from "Jurassic Park" that's pretty popular in the fanbase, minus the giant wings, of course.
@@ballendorfactually Rex isn’t significantly heavier than Giga, even with it’s more robust build: the largest specimens are only a bit heavier, and most adult Rex specimens are similar in size or slightly lighter than the Giga holotype (not the jaw fragment, the holotype). Once you take sample size bias into account it really doesn’t have any weight advantage overall. And please don’t mention the study that says Rex could have potentially reached up to 15 tons for the largest specimens, because the study itself outright mentions this would apply to ALL megatheropods; the RU-vid and media coverage simply missed the entire point of the study (which wasn’t that Rex was the biggest megatheropod but that all megatheropods could get much bigger potentially than the largest known specimens).
@@bkjeong4302 Don't worry, I'm not referring to the "biggest possible Rex" study. From what I've found, adult Rex specimens are all estimated to weigh between 8 and 10 metric tonnes. By comparison, the estimates for the Giga holotype put it at about 7.7 metric tonnes, excluding the estimate by Dan Folkes putting it at 8.2, which provides no explanation as to why the same relative increase shouldn't be applied to other theropods as well. Also, you mention Rex's more robust build, and from what I can tell, Giga is not long or tall enough to make up for how much broader and more robust a Rex is.
@@ballendorf Except that the 8+ ton~10+ ton Rex estimates ALSO come from Dan Folkes’ methods (he’s the one who estimated Scotty at 10.5 tons), so he DID apply the same relative increase and found both taxa to be of similar sizes overall. If Giga didn’t get to 8 tons because his methods are bad, Rex couldn’t have gotten to 8-10 tons either. Also, most Rex specimens are in the 8 ton range only the very biggest are in the 10-(maybe) 11 ton range.

I want to clarify the details that you may have missed from episodes 1 and 2 (no spoilers). 1) As you might have understood, this is not J, this is the Absolute Solver program itself, which was even mentioned in the series itself. Well, I've actually seen every episode of "Murder Drones", and I understand well enough of what goes on with the Solver, Cyn, and numerous other things. I'm doing a RE-reaction of the series in preparation of episode 8, so this isn't my first time watching the episode, but I appreciate that you took the time to clarify certain events anyway..
I've seen funny comics by an artist named "Dragonarte" based on DC, Marvel, and numerous other things. A lot of them focus on Superman and Kryptonite, and one of them compared him lifting heavy objects with lifting a small fragment of Kryptonite. So one little shard would actually be enough.
