Love SBRs, Rifles, Pistols, and Shotguns your in the right place!
This channel is dedicated to shooting from guns, ammo, and gun rights. I named my channel The Armed Exile as l was originally from the UK. If you know anything about their gun laws, you already know they are bad! I had to give up my handguns there in 1997 due to a national handgun ban.
Now in the USA and a citizen l am lucky enough to be able to once again enjoy pistol shooting and collecting all types of guns. So the funny thing is most of my gun collection would be illegal in the UK. Now l am never going to give up my guns so l guess that makes me an exile in the greatest county in the world. That’s not such a bad trade off in my mind!
As Americans we should look at the UK as an example of what can happen when our gun rights are slowly taken away. Please help me build this channel by liking, subscribing, and commenting on my videos.
I am sure that all of the criminals in the UK follow these laws to the letter. When you vote this November remember that we are only a couple of Supreme Court justices away from this tyranny.
I've always loved the weird pseudo college initiation ritual of "club membership required" it's just so bizarre of a way to take your rights as though it's not just an official extension of the government it's likely ran by stuck up jerks even worse than your doctor could possibly be 😂😂😂 anxiety meds? OMG NOOOOO heart medication? NITROGLYCERIN?! HELL NO nu uh sign off, both are real world dumbass examples that NRA magazine highlighted as how things work in reality as opposed to dreamland
05:38 ... so the half million rounds of ammunition I own for the 40-ish rifles, shotguns and handguns would be MONITORED by the UK government? You've got to be kidding! What if you want to go out for a day of plinking and training and expend 5,000-10,000 rounds of ammunition? I am so sorry that you all allowed your government to do this to you. It's sickening.
I’m from the UK and appreciate this comment might make me very unpopular in this comment section. But our “gun rights” have been diminished due to a couple mass shooting we had over here back in the 20th century. There was only two main ones in which less than 30 people died between them. After those people in this country almost unanimously agreed we wanted tighter gun restrictions. It’s not part of our culture to have guns like it is in the US. And I have never met anyone in my life in this country who wanted gun rights like there is in the US
Thank you for your comments and you are most welcome to post. Everyone is allowed to comment and l like both pro and against posts. The two mass shootings you refer to are disgusting events and people have a right to be upset. However, one persons actions should not have banned a sport. I like how people in the UK that don’t like guns say 99 percent of the population or unanimously agreed to ban guns. I think that was more the media and 750,000 signers of a petition who were rightfully upset and disgusted. That’s not the whole population and while things could have been done an outright ban was not the answer. Thank you again for your post
I think the rulers of the UK are achieving their desired goal: To diminish and eliminate private ownership of firearms as rapidly as possible (without outwardly declaring their intention). Reduced market makes ammunition price go up. Silly regulations on barrel length makes models unwieldy and drives up price. Armory inspections are intrusive and unnecessary. The need for permits and 'sponsors' and doctor's notes is a form of discouragement. I'd say the UK strategy is nothing more than a one-generation plan to disarm their public.
Gun crime from legal gun owners is practically nonexistent which is great, however they should have more selection of firearms that aren't fully automatic.
“200 years ago in the UK they had the right to bear arms but over the years those rights have been diminished” A little thing all Americans should observe and learn from when they want to support “common sense gun control”
I live in the UK and I'd like to own a gun, I'd trust myself with a gun, but here's the thing - I WOULDN'T trust about 25% of the people I've met to own one. So while the current system is highly restrictive I do understand it.
It's all about demographics they call anything above 4 people a mass shooting these days. Finland and the Czech Republic love their guns as much as the US, yet again due to a certain demographic not living there. Gun crime is low
I do not understand why a large number of people with firearms would just let their government take their firearms. That is insane to me. Now look at how out of control the government in the UK and Australia has become.
@@TheArmedExile 50,000 people with firearms is a significant number. Thats a whole lot of hurt for people trying to take them. Something tells me that you misunderstood what I meant by my original comment.
Here in Brazil we had relatively lenient gun laws until the end of 2022, and it only got worse when the new president took over gun restrictions being one of the main measures to be taken (completely prohibiting the purchase of ammunition supplies and the creation of new records), To give you an idea, we cannot have any type of semi-auto long gun (not even .22) without following extremely difficult and expensive steps, not to mention that this caused the bankruptcy of several shooting clubs
@@davijazzz I am sorry to hear that, the UKs laws were not that bad until 1987 and then 1997 respectively. That’s part of it if you close down the ranges it limits people’s interest and slowly ruins the sport.
It’s absolutely Brilliant to have such strict gun laws here in the U.K. after all, you just have to look at the USA to see the terrible consequences of poor gun laws! (Except California of course, they clearly have their heads screwed on properly) Have a nice day now!
The metal airsoft stocks are fine a little janky to get the button to work as you have to leave the roll pin part out the way out but it does work and lock and unlock the entire airsoft gun cost less than the stock from ATI... So I got my SBR and some decent wall hanger airsoft MP40s
That’s good to know, thank you for sharing. I thought you could use some airsoft stocks and as you say they are cheaper. Not to mention ATIs come in and out of stock quite often!
@TheArmedExile That was the thing for me was the out of stock issue. Thanks for posting the video and bringing up the MFI parts I'm glad to finally have a correct front sight protector and safety didn't even know MFI existed till your video
@@AllThingsFlightSim You’re welcome, the GSG is a nice gun but it has so many things on it that look out of place. MFI do some neat upgrades and while still not a real MP40 it’s a lot better for sure!
