I've never had a Martinsville Hot Dog ( from the track) myself. But if you take Greensboro Rd. south cross over the bypass look on your right, at the bottom of the hill there is a Peoples Gas Station they have them. My wife's cousins said they are just like them! They are from around Martinsville. I know cause when we were dating & would go up there if you asked for a hot dog or hamburger with mustard,chili,slaw (& onions) I always got a "Oh, you want a Carolina Style"?). Another point is go to any BBQ joint in Central North Carolina go west and you'll find the red slaw predominates.
No one mentions Boy Howdy and the super group that they were? All of those songs would've been theirs if they had not gotten railroaded by the record company that is still not making money off of them. Imagine Boy Howdy playing "the cowboy in me" in their distinctive tone, instead of Tim McGraw who can't write his own songs. And all the others that Jeff wrote. I absolutely hate the sound of rascal flats, but I knew there was potential in the lyrics, then I found out that Jeff wrote them. Boy Howdy had a big influence on my life and to think that those songs should've been sung in their style, would've changed country music as we know it.

I like the added strategy inherit with this type of system. The standard F1 format makes it so someone can runaway with the championship several races before the end of the season like this currently 2022 season. The championship is won before the end. Now it comes down to the wire every season.
