Encourage a spirit of collaboration
This young man plays really well, he's very talented. But this music is really ugly; not everyone is called Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Bach, Chopin, etc....
To genius’ one from one part of the brain the other from somewhere else. An amazing moment, but all we get is 70 seconds. There must be more. Please let us decide how much of it is important for us to hear and learn from.
Actually i am not even anything remotely good listener and I can tell there were a number of flaws in her first play. sorry it's just fact. i wouldnt pay her to listen to her
What a treat this must have been for Lang Lang having had a masterclass on this same piece with Maestro Barenboim and getting to pass that knowledge on to another musician.
These musicians are spectacular but look how much a great teacher can do for you!! The shit is so subtle but so intricate, it elevates their already amazing playing and makes it even better.
Lucy, most likely, I will never meet you in person, but I'm a 57 year old man, and you are an inspiration to me soon. I will start getting piano lessons, and it's all because of you.
when I see, what they are talking about. And what adjustments Lang Lang does. I know, that I don´t understand more than 1% of every piece of music I hear. Sad.
I agree with your comments but am always baffled anyone would use their age to emphasize interest. My grandmother still claimed 21 when she passed at 87. Same with my parents. No one discusses age in Europe, and I will never give or tell mine under any circumstances.
❤❤❤❤ Lucy is an earth angel from heaven She hears and knows how to let the music flow from her fingers. .. Lang lang thank you for inviting Lucy to play with you. Im sure your time with Lucy will be constantly exhileratingly joyous. And Lucy 😊 with you.
Why are people being so cruel to the girl in the comments. I understand her youthful excitement of just wanting to playing that exciting phrase even if your supposed to slow down and learn the correct fingerings for example. she's young and passionate
