This is an example of wasting money to build a place this big for nothing practical for a family of ???????. This place is just to collect dust and be a waste of money and just to show off for whatever wealth the guy who built it.
I think this home cost only $4,700,000 to build! It's inflated price cones from California or someone connected to the people who purchased the property and trying to get five times of what the property is worth! Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful home. Just not worth the asking price. One may ask, how do I know this. I keep up and do the research on what it cost to build and how long did it take to build the home. It took a year and a half to complete this home or a couple of months off of the completion date! Plus, I'm from Texas, I know how much this house would be priced! Talking about prices, somebody has lost their minds when it comes to pricing homes in Texas! The average home in Texas use to be cheap cheap. Now they want you to buy something that's not worth the price they're asking! That's EVERYWHERE now, not just in Texas! These big corporations has gotten GREEDY and want to make a killing off of just one property! Don't take my word for it. Do your own research! I'm not trying to preach to ya. I'm telling you what God loves and that's the truth.
Sold it for an undisclosed price., I bet you he didn't even get even 1/2 of the asking price and still in bigggg time debttttt 😂😂😂😂

can you imagine the heating and cooling bill and the maintenance and housekeeping on this monstrosity... not to mentions the property taxes and general upkeep.

Because of the Videography I had to press "pause" about 40 times! The frames were edited "to the beat" making it difficult to take it all in. Almost like an Action Film! But the Estate itself is a killer, for REAL.
Do you get bored of your own house after a month or two ? That doesn't happen to me, so if the house is generally bigger and prettier it will make you bored ? That's stupid

no so much bored but tired of all the work, maintenance, cleaning, and taxes this property will require... I'm sure this house will cost at least $800,000 dollars a year.
@@Seroxm13 Your probably closer to the actual cost than I was.... you can hear the sucking sound from here of the money leaving your bank account every week... even if you're rich you will get tired of supporting such a money pit
NOT in the desert hell hole for me tho, NO NO to TX, AZ & FL & Vegas i know alots people they moved to these states & moved out of it after few years! only people can live in those states the people born & raise there!
Ya all we can do is hope the dollar collapses so this wealth distribution can get back to a normal thing. Ppl this day n age have to much it's out of hand
