Teardrops in the Rain (not to be confused with Tears in the Rain from the ShB OST) is the non-battle music from the Weeping City of Mhach, which itself is a remix of FFIX's Battle 1. I like how they portrayed Sephiroth prior to his psychosis. Great leader, team player, prioritised saving Tifa as she is a civilian, still tried to look for the lost soldier. That Hojo is pure evil. In another life Sephiroth would be the worlds hero, not its enemy.
