Dont pay anything off. You make money on appreciation not paying down mortgages, use that money to buy another property or put it in money market account at 5 percent hassel free

It’s a $20k rent roll for 3 buildings not one building (18 units). Increasing GMR to $29k doesn’t mention the value of buildings would go up by $270k because Value = NOI/Cap rate

Definition of citizen, "A person who legally belongs to a country and has the rights and protection of that country". Just because you lied to get into the country and then somehow came up with the cash/credit for 10 homes, you are NOT a citizen. These people are idiots.
These people are adding value to properties and neighborhoods, and providing nice places for people to live. All while you're hung up on a word, and on politics. Some "legal citizens" add no value and just live off the government instead of going and making something of themselves. And other "legal citizens" just live in the comments section, trolling others.

$20k for a additional bedroom and a washroom with bigger windows. Very conservative estimate. May be he has contractors who does this for him. Cause he gives them constant work. But for us one time renovators it will cost $50-70k

I don't know what's funnier, that you think you'll be able to reroute plumbing, power, and maybe gas for so little, or that you think doing so will actually be a net profit. Unless that kitchen is on the otherside of that wall, theres no chance its gonna be worth it. You'd have more success just tearing the walls down and moving doors to change the room sizes around.
