My cars are all Manual Transmissions stick shift, I also don't glue my eyes to my cellphone screen or waste my life away on pathetic social media. I use my phone for playing music in my car when I'm driving, cause the radio plays garbage music.
Thank you for sharing your story of struggle & overcoming, Kevin. We at Icarus Medical Innovations are looking forward to helping you continue in your recovery journey.
What a great inspirational story! Thanks to all who had faith and never gave up. The story has elements that reminded me of my own father, Walt Bemis Sr., who was hit by a mortar in Korea in 1951. He lost most of his lung, but two Mayo clinic doctors who just "happened" to be there on a training mission, saved his life. He came home and went to U.C. Berkeley as a Forestry major. I was born on the day he graduated in 1957. Later he became the president of the Society of American Foresters. He didn't give up either!
WOW. Brother, you are so inspirational. I retired in 1994 from ODA 511. Thank your wife. She saved your life.....as well as the brothers in the field. I lost my wife due to the pain, lack of care, and the madness (I'm sure you can relate). Keep up the job of getting the message out so they might understand our sacrifice....for their sake. I'm saddened where our country is going so pray with me that God will turn it back around. You're the man -SF Retired
Im in the same situation, switched from Iphone 7 plus go a google pixel 2 xl, because i heared a lot of goods things about it. But the overal convenience of the Iphones IOS is lacking in android, although it can be customized to your preferences , i missed a lot of convenient options that makes the Iphone smooth and fluid in usage. ( Rise to wake, swipe to back, force touch to select of edit text etc.)
People that are saying that you didn't give it enough time just aren't comfortable with saying some people will just prefer the iPhone no matter what. I've had a pixel 2 since launch and I'm switching to the iPhone Xs as soon as it comes out.
I’m thinking about what phone should I buy, iPhone X or Pixel 2 XL (I have an iPhone 6 Plus) but idk which one, the main reason I don’t wanna go for the pixel it’s bc I don’t know if it’s as laggy as everyone says, but I love the customization of android, can you tell your experience with the pixel about that? (Apps closing, lag, bugs)
Absolutely! Happy to help. As far as my experience, I had no issues whatsoever with lagginess in apps opening or closing, working within apps, jumping from one app to another quickly. I do use my phone A TON and I move very fast between apps and between things I'm doing and I was actually surprised it never slowed down or froze up on me. Coming from iPhones over the past years, it was a tough transition (just being a different OS) but as far as any lagging or slowness in the phone, I didn't experience any at all. Not sure how long you've had iPhones or how many other Apple products you have but leaving Apple can be tough just in a technical term as explained here. Hope this helped! Feel free to email us at hi@focusforwardmedia.com as well.
I tried the Google Pixel XL 2 and it my network didn't recognize it so I am with iPhone 8 plus and as far as camera goes not much difference between the Pixel and iPhone. Also Apple has better support. I like Google music. You get RU-vid Red for free with it. Videos are better on iPhone as well.
Good on man! Fuck Android!!! Fuck Spotify!!! Iphone X and Apple Music FTW! Fuck the haters!!! Hate all you want, but most people still buy Apple products for a reason: customer service, reliability, security, best ecosystem, and amazing designs!!!
