Congratulations to passing the exams! When your decade-long experience and self-learning while growing out your iconic and so super beautiful super long hair and the theoretical and structured knowledge from the formal education combine, hardly anyone else will have broader and deeper knowledge about the subject than you. So impressive!
I know that protective hairstyles are the best, of course, but how often can i put my hair into cute, heatless hairstyles without damaging my hair too much?
I want to use ghe innayr life rosemary svalp treatment but it is not available in India, nor it can be shipped. Can you tell me any other way to buy it from India?
Unfortunately I don’t think there’s a way to get it in India, but I can recommend a similar one that is local to India: there’s a brand called @tavasthaayurveda on Instagram, they have a Rosemary Hibiscus Oil, which is great as well!☺️
Your hair looks amazing 😍 thanks for sharing your journey! How often do you get trims my hair was to my tail bone got a pixie cut its close to mid back seems like it's taking forever!!!! I got a pixie cut 3 years ago.
My problem is that, minoxidil gives me itchy scalp. And I see buildup. I am a female with androgenic alopecia, my edges have receded significantly. And I don’t feel like buying every dht blocker on earth. Cost adds up. Like saw palmetto / pumpkin seed / nettle leaf and what not
I personally prefer to use Minoxidil orally, instead of topically for that reason. And if Rosemary Oil works for you, that’s great!! I just can’t offer it to my patients with the certainty that it’ll work for them. And so far the best topical treatment for Androgenetic Alopecia I’ve found is the NutraM Serum from Advanced Trichology: www.advancedtrichology.com/products/nutram-melatonin-hair-serum?rfsn=7872983.cee079 Might be worth checking out 💕
Are you able to do a pretzel bun? I've been trying to learn but not found a tutorial I'm having sucess with, I'm very much a novice to hair sticks, got hair that's pretty long (I can now sit on it). But needed a way that wasn't hair elastic due to my parrot having fun hiding said hair ties.
@@basicallyrapunzel Might be one of those that's called several 'unofficial names' who knows but don't worry if you never find it, I only saw it in a video once and thought it was pretty but could not get it. Even then, thank you for the response, did not actually expect it :D
Hey do you have telegram account or could make one, I have some questions and I am very stuck with hair care and treatments and growth etc would be nice to chat to you personally
I invented this bun to keep from getting my wedding ring entangled in my hair. You have done two things I never did, use a 4 prong fork and anchor it vertically. Even though my hair is thinner than may years ago I Will try both. Your hair is lovely
Sister I'm from India it's my advice to you don't use multiple oils just stick to one that you notice the change of your hair fall not the growth❤ and love your videos
I do stick to only one, but I’ve tried many of these consistently and they’re my favorites for various reasons. I don’t switch them up though, I use them up completely before going on to trying a new one.
Can you please explain why this is important? Because inswitch them up. I use rosemary oil, one concoction i make myself, and one organic hair oil i purchased.
@@izza226 sis it's like when you have used multiple oils on the scalp, it doesn't have any good effect on your scalp and it becomes more and more dry, if you use rosemary oil with any other carrier oils it may show the results and take good care of your hair by eating the protein &vitamin rich food, what's ayurvedic oil you use? does it shows effect on your hair just stick to it.
I have a older video with my full routine and products I switch in between: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-i6To1BH7fNs.html but I’m working on an updated one!☺️
I love wearing claw clips but recently they became uncomfortable for me. I think I need to get a bigger size!! This one looks awesome. Thanks so much for sharing this!
I honestly hadn’t used Claw Clips for years already because of that exact reason; and this one has gotten me back to being able to wear them! Love it 🤍
Lol that's the biggest claw clip I've ever seen. Do you ever do French twists with your hair? My hair's not as long as yours, but I struggle with basically every French twist tutorial 😅
It really is 😅 it’s the biggest one I’ve found so far, almost too big for all of my hair 👀 and yes I do!! I’ll have to post a tutorial on that, maybe it’ll help you out, I know I struggled a lot with french twists until I found one that works.
I think it could just be routine that alot of people notice more “hair growth” when in truth maybe they are not neglecting their hair needs anymore. This is coming from someone who swears by the innate life treatment but I haven’t noticed increased hair growth just less itchy, flakey scalp when I use it. I think length/moisture retention is the best way to “grow hair faster” which alot of people do with hair oiling if they do not have any medical concerns.
This is definitely a very important factor. Most people only start taking care of their hair once they notice hair loss or breakage, or a itchy scalp. And once they do that a lot of times those problems disappear, not necessarily because of the products their using, but because they’re investing time in their hair. The right products can help, obviously, but they’re never the final solution 🙈
Evidence based practice is really important and you highlight the over use of and the inappropriate use/prescription of Minoxidil. So, leave it to the experts like you and your colleagues. A really helpful and honest video, as ever, so thank you.
Thank you so much for your comment, I really appreciate it! I realize posting many of my opinions might step on some people’s toes, so it’s nice to hear that some people look forward to my honesty!☺️
That’s not a hair oil I’ve tried myself long enough to say whether or not it’s a great option, but based on the formula alone I would say it’s possibly the best affordable one out there. I myself prefer high end a bit more because results are usually better and more guaranteed, but that doesn’t mean that affordable ones don’t work.
Personally, during pregnancy, the only treatment I suggest is LLLLT, as it’s considered safe, but as for topical treatments you could possibly look at the NutraM Serum from Advanced Trichology. But I suggest always confirming everything with your health practitioner.
Both cyclopentasiloxane and cyclomethicone are considered evaporative because they don’t dissolve in water, but instead help emulsify other silicones in the product, or water-oil solutions. Once applied they usually evaporate, but depending on the formulation they may deposit on the hair a little and they don’t rinse out with water, but shampoo should easily remove them if this happens. I hope this makes sense!
Silicone is something i love using on my hair, my shampoo i use has it in it Ouai fine hair, i make sure to detox and alternate shampoo. Definitely feel my hair is less tangled since using a serum with it in. Tried without and it didn't work ❤
I have to agree! I haven’t tried the OAUI fine hair shampoo yet but it’s definitely on my wishlist. And yess, silicone serums are a must to avoid the amount of tangles that come with long hair!
If i use silicones all the time my hair gets flat and dry. It prevents moisture from entering the hair. It takes 2 weeks to get it out of your hair after using it a few times so it builds up with time. I think its because i have fine high porosity hair. It works well for thicker hair.
People can have different experiences with it. I have fine hair as well. It “preventing” moisture from entering your hair is actually a key point when choosing silicone products, as they should have conditioning ingredients that go well with the silicones to avoid that dry feeling. But also water soluble and evaporative silicones as mentioned can feel lighter in that regard. Either way, as mentioned: the important thing is to use what works for you 🤍
Thank you, that was really helpful. I hear and read so much about silicones being bad for hair and so many companies have removed them from their products, it’s good to hear from someone qualified 😊
It’s true. Purple shampoos usually have a higher pH to allow the hair shaft to open and deposit color. Hopefully their accompanying conditioner is a pH is low. Thank you for all your efforts. I see some I’m interested in now. I believe Ouia is pronounced way. I think.
The hair mask reminds of Lushs Avocado Co wash smell. I bought the shampoo bar to match Innate Life’s mask once. It was brilliant. I might try IL leave in. I have course hair and a lot of leave in feel like plain water to me. Thank you.
