u need simple domain to get the expansion and u don't need to be lvl 150 to get it its lvl 130 at least

You can go past level 99 by doing the Culling Games in the open world. After you do it, do some more missions until you can meditate

I had this same issue you have to got back to the void and die to fall damage

This happened to me too, i didnt have ct but i tried getting domain i went to void and i could meditate and after completing meditating i jumped off and died but i didnt get my domain so when i get my ct do i have to meditate again for domain?

You just need to meditate in the void then die of fall damage or have a friend kill you, I think you also need your cursed technique
